城市土地集约利用潜力评价--以南京市为例

从南京市城市土地利用的现状分析人手，总结了南京城市土地利用的基本特征及存在问题；分析了南京市主城区土地利用具有的内在潜力，并就此提出了相应的建议和措施．指出在城市化进程中，土地利用应走集约化发展的道路，挖掘土地潜力，盘活国有存量土地，提高土地利用率．     

促进产业发展 创造农民就业岗位的对策建议

产业发展是解决农民就业的基本出路。我国目前的产业发展不能适应农民就业的需要:工业化和城镇化没有为农民创造足够的就业岗位;劳动密集型产业发展不够;中小企业发展不充分;农民的创业和就业环境不理想。促进产业发展,创造农民就业岗位的对策建议有:大力推进"以人为本"的新型工业化;重点发展吸纳农村富余劳动力多的劳动密集型产业;大力发展吸纳农村富余劳动力多的企业;为农民创业和就业创造良好的环境。

在扩展的同位旋相关的Bmeckner-Hartree-Fock理论框架内，研究了三体核力对同位旋非对称核物质中质子与中子的单粒子势及其同位旋依赖性的影响．     

《物理》再次被列入中文物理学类核心期刊

2000年6月,北京大学出版社出版了《中文核心期刊要目总览》2000年版(即第三版),该书确定了30种中文物理学类核心期刊,《物理》名列其中. 此次中文核心期刊的重新研制筛选,被列为“国家教委人文科学研究‘九五’规划项目”.研制者认真总结前两次研制工作的经验,依据文献计量学的原理和方法,检索、计算和分析了大量国内外相关文献,对核心期刊的理论和方法进行了深入地研究和探讨,力求使研制方法更加科学合理.并采用了中国科学院文献情报中心、中国社会科学院文献信息中心、上海图书馆、中国人民大学书报资料中心及西南信息中心等单位编制的文献数据库作为统计工具,经过严格的筛选,并请学科专家鉴定,从我国正在出版的近万种中文期刊中确定了1568种期刊为核心期刊,《物理》被列为物理类核心期刊. 近年来《物理》的出版质量及内容质量都有稳步的提高,这次被列入中文物理类核心期刊更充分说明了《物理》的进步.在此,我们衷心感谢广大读者和作者长期以来对《物理》的关心和支持!欢迎大家继续踊跃投稿并订阅《物理》! 《物理》编辑部 2000年10月     

HIGH SOLIDS-CONTENT NANOSIZE POLYMER LATEXES MADE BY A MODIFIED EMULSION COPOLYMERIZATION

Polymer nanoparticles were prepared in the methyl methacrylate (MMA)/buty lmethacrylate (BA) emulsion copolymerization process by a modified microemulsion copolymerization method. 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA), acrylate (AA) and methyl acrylate (MAA) were used as reactive cosurfactants. With this process high polymer: surfactant weight ratios (40:1 or greater),relatively concentrated (～30wt. %) latexes and small (～60nm) particle diameters were obtained.Properties of the latexes were characterized by TEM, DSC, dynamic light scattering, and IR spectroscopy.     

Temperature and precipitation in Mongolia based on dendroclimatic investigations

Recent tree-ring studies in Mongolia provide evidence of unusual warming that is in agreement with large-scal reconstructed and recorded temperaturec for the Northern Hemisphere and the Arctic.One Mongolian proxy record for temperature extends back over 1000 years and several others are over 350 years in length.Precipitation reconstructions based on thee rings reflect recent increases but also indicate that the increases are within the long-term range of varlations.Spectral analyses of recorded preciplta-tion data and the reconstructions support the hypotheses of quasi-solar periodicity in precipitation variation,previously suggested by others.
