Raman spectra of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 (SBTi5) are reported to consist of four different Raman bands. Temperature-dependent spectra reveal the relationship between the lattice vibration and the material's structure. There appears a relatively large change in structure of the material at about 273K, The anharmonic potential of the material has a great influence on its phonon mode full width at half maximum (FWHM), which can be expressed by a function of temperature. Theoretical fittings of the FWHMs for the two modes at around 312 cm^-1 and 464cm^-1 indicate that the latter phonon mode is more anharmonic than the former one.  相似文献

0.91Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3--0.09PbTiO3 (PZN--9%PT) single crystals with different orientations are investigated by using a spectroscopic ellipsometer, and the refractive indices and the extinction coefficients are obtained. The Sellmeier dispersion equations for the refractive indices are obtained by the least square fitting, which can be used to calculate the refractive indices in a low absorption wavelength range. Average Sellmeier oscillator parameters Eo, $\lambda$o, So, and Ed are calculated by fitting with the single-term oscillator equation, which are related directly to the electronic energy band structure. The optical energy bandgaps are obtained from the absorption coefficient spectra. Our results show that the optical properties of [001] and [111] poled crystals are very similar, but quite different from those of the [011] poled crystal.  相似文献

Considering the real experimental process of e-molecule scattering a new empirical formula has been developed to calculate the total cross sections (TOSs) for electron scattering on polyatomic molecules (CH4, C2H2, CH3OH and CH3F). The present results are compared with other available theoretical results and experimental data. The new formula incorporates an energy factor f(E) to represent the elastic and inelastic changing process during experiments. It depends on no adjustable parameters and has also extended the validity of the empirical approaches to lower energy range further.  相似文献

Considering the overlapping among atoms in the molecule and the not full transparency of the molecule by electron, we propose a new formulation of the additivity rule (AR). Here the new AR is employed to calculate the total cross sections (TCS) for electron scattering on hydrocarbon molecules C_2H_2, C_2H_4, C_2H_6, and C_3H_8 over an incident energy range of 10-2000eV. The results are compared with the experimental data and other available theoretical calculations. This gives good agreement.  相似文献

基于贵金属纳米粒子在折射率传感及探测中的应用,本文运用离散偶极近似,模拟计算了单一金纳米棒的远场消光光谱,研究了其偶极局域表面等离子体共振波长的可调性及折射率的传感特性。研究表明,通过调控金纳米棒的长径比,纳米棒的局域表面等离子体共振波长在可见至近红外波长范围内广泛可调;在可见与近红外波长范围内,该共振波长及对应的折射率灵敏度对纳米棒长径比的响应皆分别呈现出二次与线性的分段特征。此外,利用金介电函数虚部随入射光波长的变化关系,揭示了金纳米棒表面等离子体所对应的半高宽随该共振波长的变化规律;并利用长径比对金纳米棒的品质因子进行了优化,得到了优化的长径比。本文的研究结果对未来设计和制造性能优异的基于局域表面等离子体共振的传感/探测基底和元器件具有重要的理论指导意义。  相似文献
