N—对甲苯磺酰基—α—氨基膦酸及其单酯的合成及活性研究

用＾３１Ｐ ＮＭＲ谱跟踪反应的方法，研究了对甲苯磺酰胺与取代苯甲醛及三氯化磷（或烷氧基二氯化磷）在乙酰氯为溶剂的条件下的类Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ反应的机理，找到了合成标题化合物的简单方法。初步生物活性测试表明其中某些化合物具有较好的抗烟草花叶病毒活性。     

低速非达西渗流储层产能评价

在低渗透油藏低速非达西渗流模型的基础上，应用具有启动压力影响的不稳定产能评价方法，实现了将地层参数代入相关方程计算产量随时间的变化规律及不稳定IPR曲线，对于工业油层预测了生产时间为180天时油井的极限产量(流压为0．101MPa时的产量)，对这类井的开发投产具有重要的指导意义。     

手性固定相合成中原料YWG-NH_2与Spher-NH_2性能的比较

利用液相色谱手性固定相进行手性分离的研究越来越多，因此手性固定相的合成也就成了该项研究中必不可少的关键问题．在手性固定相的合成中氨丙基硅胶作为手性固定相的键合基体，其性质的好坏直接影响手性固定相的手性分离能力．分别利用国产和进口分装的氨丙基硅胶作基体，合成结构完全相同的手性固定相，结果表明进口的氨丙基硅胶合成的手性固定相的性能优于用国产氨丙基硅胶合成的手性固定相，并论述了可能产生这种差别的原因．     

Detecting molecular vibrational modes of side chains and endpoints in nanoscale proteins with graphene plasmon

Monitoring the chemical and structural changes in protein side chains and endpoints by infrared(IR)spectroscopy is important for studying the chemical reaction and physical adsorption process of proteins.However, the detection of side chains and endpoints in nanoscale proteins is still challenging due to its weak IR response. Here, by designing a double layered graphene plasmon sensor on MgF_2/Si substrate in the IR fingerprint region, we detect the vibrational modes in side chains and endpoints(1397 cm~(-1) and 1458 cm~(-1)) of monolayer protein. The sensor could be applied on biochemistry to investigate the physical and chemical reaction of biomolecules.     

OLE编程实现用户程序与Microsoft Word文档的数据共享

本文通过对用户程序的OLE对象与MSWORD的数据交换过程进行分析，提出了一种用户管理信息系统与Word表格之间的数据共享方案，并结合实际代码验证了该方案的实用性和有效性。     

基于遗传禁忌算法的任务分配与调度的研究

任务分配与调度问题是公认的NP问题，为了合理的对备份任务进行分配与调度，使得最短时间内完成备份任务，提出了基于遗传禁忌搜索的备份任务调度算法。重点研究了遗传算法和禁忌搜索算法，并针对二者的不足，提出将其两种算法混合，相互取长补短，仿真实验结果和实例应用表明，笔者提出的算法其搜索效率比单一的遗传算法具有较好的效果。     

高效液相色谱手性固定相对有机膦酸酯类对映体分离研究

利用Ｐｉｒｋｌｅ型手性固定相系统地研究了１１种有机膦酸酯的手性分离情况。讨论了流动相中强组分异丙醇浓度和柱温对手性分离的影响。结果表明,手性分离系数随温度的升高和流动相中强组分浓度的增加而降低。讨论了有机膦酸酯不同取代基对手性分离的影响,指出手性分离中取代基位置的不同会直接影响手性分离结果,空间位阻过大同样会使手性分离系数降低。在选定的分离条件下,１１种有机膦酸酯均可达到基线分离。根据手性分离结果给出了可能的手性分离机理。     

Ultra-compact graphene plasmonic filter integrated in a waveguide

Graphene plasmons have become promising candidates for deep-subwavelength nanoscale optical devices due to their strong field confinement and low damping. Among these nanoscale optical devices, band-pass filter for wavelength selection and noise filtering are key devices in an integrated optical circuit. However, plasmonic filters are still oversized because large resonant cavities are needed to perform frequency selection. Here, an ultra-compact filter integrated in a graphene plasmonic waveguide was designed, where a rectangular resonant cavity is inside a graphene nanoribbon waveguide. The properties of the filter were studied using the finite-difference time-domain method and demonstrated using the analytical model. The results demonstrate the band-pass filter has a high quality factor(20.36) and electrically tunable frequency response. The working frequency of the filter could also be tuned by modifying the cavity size. Our work provides a feasible structure for a graphene plasmonic nano-filter for future use in integrated optical circuits.     

Study of chiral recognition mechanism of O,O-diethyl (p-methylbenzenesulfonamindo)-aryl(alkyl)-methylphosphonates by HPLC with a series of CSPs

Five chiral stationary phases (CSPs) were used to separate the enantiomers of a series of O,O-diethyl (p-methyl-benzenesulfonamindo)- aryl(alkyl)-methylphosphonates. A chiral recognition mechanism was presented to explain the resolution of these compounds. Results show that CSP with strong π-acceptor 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl group and high steric hindrance has the best resolution ability in chiral separation of O,O-diethyi (p-methyl-benzenesulfonamindo)- aryl(alkyl)-methylphosphonates. When a CSP has just a strong π-acceptor 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl or high steric hindrance it does not have good chiral resolution ability. The chiral recognition is more difficult when the CSP has more than one asymmetric center.
