噬菌体展示禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因片段文库的构建

构建T7噬菌体展示禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因片段文库. 首先， 从Gene Bank中查找筛选禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因, 将其截短、 修饰、 简并后得到禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因微阵列. 其次， 将合成的禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因片段文库扩增、 酶切, 链接到双酶切后的T7噬菌体载体基因上, 构成重组噬菌体DNA. 最后， 重组噬菌体DNA经体外包装和扩增, 得到T7噬菌体展示文库, 并进行T7噬菌体展示文库滴度、 重组率和免疫活性测定. 实验结果表明, 从Gene Bank中查找、 筛选、 剪切和修饰共获得96 258条序列构建T7噬菌体展示文库, 原始文库滴度为3.6×107个菌落/mL, 重组率大于90%. 用禽流感病毒H5N1抗体进行捕获, 经聚合酶链式反应(PCR)鉴定, 得到理想目的条带, 证明噬菌体表面展示蛋白具有抗原活性, 可用于禽流感病毒感染患者的快速检测及抗原表位筛选.

Crystal Structure, Thermal Stability and Luminescence of Coordination Polymer [Cd（BBP）（p-PDOA）]n

Hydrothermal reaction of Cd（NO3）2·4H2O with bbp and p-PDOAH2 at 140 ℃ yielded a novel 1D cadmium（Ⅱ） coordination polymer, [Cd（bbp）（p-PDOA）]n （bbp=2,6-bis（benzimidazol-2-yl）pyridine, p-PDOA=p-phenylenedioxydiacetate dianion）, in which CdN3O4 pentagonal bipyramids were linked by p-PDOA ligands in a bis-bidentate mode to construct a zigzag chain with the adjacent Cd…Cd distance of 1.14（1） nm, There exists a 2D supramolecular network linked by π-π stacking with a face-to-face distance of 0.35（1） nm between the 2,6-bis（benzimidazol-2-yl） pyridine ligands and hydrogen-bonding interactions （0.27（4） nm）. A 3D supramolecular network was further constructed by these non-covalent interactions between the zippers. The TG/DTG showed that its chain skeleton was thermally stable up to 389 ℃ and the blue fluorescent emission of the complex was determined at 428 nm in a solid state with its long decay lifetime of 7.24 ns.     

家族性胃癌2例

常见的恶性肿瘤是多基因的遗传因素，与环境因素共同作用的结果。但具典型家族性发病的报导并不多见。我院放1992年4月在门诊发现2例同一家族胃癌患者，现报导如下。例1，患者南某某，男．59岁，朝鲜族。住院号150560．该患者因上腹部胀痛伴有反酸，暖气4年，加重三个月。经胃镜检查发现，距门齿约50cm胃体小弯侧巨大溃疡，约5．0×4．0cm，边缘不规整，底不平，被工污苦。溃疡边缘取活检4处。镜检诊断：胃癌。收入院治疗并於4月28日行胃大部切除术。术中发现胃小弯部有4．0×4．0cm大肿块，质硬，表面不平，与胰腺广泛粘连，胃小弯胃大弯有…     

5-氯,N(2-磺酸基乙基)水杨醛亚胺 Schiff碱的合成及表征

用5-氯水杨醛设计合成了5-氯，N(2-磺酸基乙基)水杨醛亚胺Sehiff碱，其组成和结构用元素分析和红外光谱等进行表征．对该化合物进行抑菌试验，结果表明，该化合物对大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌有一定的抑制作用，抑菌环直径分别达12mm和9mm．     

新型Co（Ⅲ）配合物（CoL3）的合成及其晶体结构

以3,5-二溴水杨醛缩甲胺希夫碱(HL)为定向配体,硝酸钴为金属离子源,采用溶剂热法在乙腈中合成了一个新型的单核钴(Ⅲ)配合物(Co L3,1),其结构经IR和X-射线单晶衍射表征。1属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,晶胞参数a=13.833 2(4),b=20.558 2(8),c=20.691 7(7),β=100.622(3)°,V=5 783.6(3)3,Z=8,Dc=2.147 g·cm-3,R1=0.045,wR2=0.092,S=1.02。1中Co(Ⅲ)分别与三个二齿配体上的三个O原子和三个N原子配位,形成轻度扭曲的八面体构型。分子间通过C-H┈Br和Br┈Br弱作用相互连接成三维网络结构。     

A New Tetranuclear Cobalt Cluster with （1H-Benzimidazol-2-yl）-methanol Synthesis and Crystal Structure

A new tetranuclear cluster [Co4(bm)6Cl2]·(H2O)2·(CH3OH)(1, Hbm is(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-methanol) has been synthesized by solvothermal method and structurally determined by IR, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 belongs to monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 21.1713(5), b = 12.7948(3), c = 24.0195(9) , β = 95.309(3)°, V = 6478.6(3) 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2568, Dc = 1.289 g·cm–3, Mr = 1257.63, μ = 9.096 mm–1, S = 1.000, the final R = 0.0861 and wR = 0.2552 for 4956 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Two connected face-sharing cubes are observed in the framework of 1, each with one vertex missing. Complex 1 forms a 2-D network through N–H···O hydrogen bonds. The apparent holes can be observed.     

新型离子型配合物的合成、晶体结构及性质

利用水热法合成了4-(N,N′-双(4-羧基苄基)氨基)苯磺酸（H₃L）的两个离子型配合物：[Mn(phen)₂(H₂O)₂]?(HL)?(H₂O)₄（1）和[Zn(phen)₂(H₂O)₂]?(HL)?(H₂O)₆（2, phen =邻菲罗啉）,其结构经FL、 IR、元素分析、X-射线单晶衍射、 X-射线粉末衍射和TG表征。结果表明：化合物1属于单斜晶体,P2₁/c空间群,晶胞参数a=11.997(1) Å, b=22.978(1) Å, c=18.093(1) Å, β=92.749(3)°, V=4981.8(3) ų, Z=4。化合物2属于单斜晶体,P2₁/c空间群,晶胞参数a=11.861(1) Å, b=22.816(1) Å, c=18.251(1) Å, β=92.832(5)°, V=4932.8(5) ų,Z=4。化合物2有较好的荧光性质;初始分解温度为80 ℃。

Cu[C5H3N(CCH3=N-C6H5)2]2(PF6)2配合物的合成、晶体结构和热分解反应动力学

The title complex Cu[C₅H₃N(CCH₃=N-C₆H₅)₂]₂(PF₆)₂ has been synthesized by reaction of Schiff base C₅H₃N(CCH₃=N-C₆H₅)₂ and cupric sulfate in toluene solution. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method and the chemical formula weight of the complex is 1041.85. The crystal structure belongs to triclinic system with space group P1 and cell parameters: a=12.6470(10)?, b=14.123(2)?, c=15.613(2)?;α=66.150(10)°,β=79.470(10)°,γ=78.290(10)°, V=2481.6(5)?³, Z=2, D_c=1.394Mg·m^-3 and F(000)=1064. The final R[I >2σ(I)]:R₁=0.0668, wR₂=0.1927; R(all data): R₁=0.1133, wR₂=0.2357. The Cu(Ⅱ) was coordinated by six nitrogen, at the same time the Cu(Ⅱ) formed a distorted octahedron, besides the angles and planes of this compound were discussed . The result of kinetics of the thermal decomposition indicated that the first step of it is 2 series chemical reactions, the function of machanism is f(a)=(1-a)², and the activation energy is 144.64E/kJ.
