超声内镜检查术的护理配合

随着消化内镜技术的不断发展 ,超声内镜( EUS)已成为目前国内胃、胰、胆疾病的可靠的微创性诊断手段 ,为了保证顺利进行 EUS检查 ,减轻患者术中的不良反应 ,为检查提供最佳条件 ,正确运用护理程序解决患者术前、术中、术后出现的护理问题 ,及时采取相应的护理措施 ,有助于提高检查效果 ,现将护理体会介绍如下。1　术前准备( 1 )心理护理 :我科从 1 999年至今共行 2 0 8例EUS检查 ,EUS作为一种微创性的诊断方法 ,不仅需要高超技术 ,而且细致、富有同情心的解释 ,友好与信任的氛围同样是成功的关键 [1]。术前患者缺乏有关知识 ,担心成功…

正交激励超声切削装置的椭圆轨迹偏转与校正

为研究超声椭圆振动切削（ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting,UEVC）刀尖轨迹形成及控制,解决刀尖轨迹非正椭圆问题,建立二维正交柔性导波UEVC装置刀尖轨迹的运动学模型;分析90°相位差下非正椭圆轨迹产生原因,建立刀尖轨迹校正模型,并推导出基于正椭圆轨迹下的刀尖轨迹偏转模型。通过实验对刀尖轨迹校正模型进行验证,校正后轨迹偏离坐标轴1.67°,小于校正前偏离角度。实验结果表明,该模型能够有效地校正刀尖轨迹,可在轨迹控制方面为后续研究刀尖轨迹偏转及变刀尖轨迹超声振动加工提供理论基础。

摆动凸轮廓线曲率半径计算的CAD动画方法

通过瞬心法进行高副低代,得到了摆动从动件凸轮机构的等效四杆机构;在此基础上,论述了凸轮廓线曲率半径图解法的原理,给出了它们之间的几何运动关系。进一步讨论了采用CAD动画的方法,高速高精度地计算凸轮廓线曲率半径的过程。     

Ga2Se3:Co2+光谱及Co-Se键长的研究

Ga_2Se_3是典型的A_2~ⅢB_3~Ⅵ型半导体材料、它在光电方面有很大的应用潜力而被广泛关注。采用Sugano-Tanabe强场近似理论,并引入平均共价因子N,利用经典的晶场能量矩阵公式,运用完全对角化方法,拟合了Ga_2Se_3:Co~(2 )晶体的吸收光谱,得到了与实验符合甚好的理论值,从而解释了Ga_2Se_3:Co~(2 )晶体的吸收光谱。同时研究了立方场下配体键长R与晶场参量Dq的变化关系,并从理论上计算了Co-Se键长。结果表明Co离子取代Ga_2Se_3中的Ga离子后,Co-Se键长比Ga-Se键长缩小0.1A。
