金属颗粒-半导体膜Cu:CdS的制备及结构研究

利用磁控溅射产生金属Cu团簇，同时蒸发半导体介质CdS，将Cu团簇包埋在CdS介质中，制备出金属颗粒 半导体膜．团簇大小可通过改变溅射气压控制．用TEM研究了嵌埋团簇的结构．分析表明：CdS很好地包埋了Cu团簇，都呈多晶结构；团簇尺寸在5—20nm，Cu晶格发生了膨胀，膨胀量在7%左右 关键词：     

薄膜界面粗糙对双晶摇摆曲线的影响

用X射线衍射动力学理论,模拟计算InP衬底上InGaAs/AllnAs超晶格和InGaAs单层膜的X射线双晶摇摆曲线,计算结果表明:薄膜界面粗糙对单层膜的衍射峰和超晶格的零级衍射峰影响较小,但却明显影响单层膜衍射干涉条纹和超晶格的±1级卫星峰,随着平均界面粗糙度的增大,单层膜衍射干涉条纹强度减弱并趋于消失;超晶格的±1级卫星峰变弱并逐渐展宽,理论计算的模拟双晶摇摆曲线与超晶格实验曲线比较表明:高质量匹配In_0.53Ga_0.47As(85?)/Al_{0.4 关键词：}

A Two-Dimensional Photonic Crystal Slab Mirror with Silicon on Insulator for Wavelength 1.3μm

A concrete two-dimensional photonic crystal slab with triangular lattice used as a mirror for the light at wavelength 1.3μm with a silicon-on-insulator （SOI） substrate is designed by the three-dimensional plane wave expansion method. For TE-like modes, the bandgap in the Г-K direction is from 1087nm to 1559nm. The central wavelength in the bandgap is about 1.3μm, hence the incident light at wavelength 1.3μm will be strongly reflected. Experimentally, such a photonic crystal slab is fabricated on an SOI substrate by the combination of EBL and ICP etching. The measurement of its transmission characteristics shows the bandgap edge in a longer wavelength is about 1540 nm. The little discrepancy between the experimental data and the theoretical values is mainly due to the size discrepancy of the fabricated air holes.     

MeV微集团束与物质的相互作用

简述了有关MeV微集团离子束与物质表面相互作用研究的概况．介绍了在北京大学技术物理系和重离子物理所１．７ＭＶ串列加速器上开展的有关实验研究及取得的初步结果． The recent development on investigation of MeV microcluster beam interaction with matter is outlined. And based on 5SDH 2 Pelletron of Peking University, some relative experimental results, such as identification and Rutherford backscattering measurement of MeV carbon cluster ions, stopping power of MeV silicon microcluster ions in Al film, damage producted in silicon by MeV silicon microcluster irradiation, etc. are briefly introduecd.     

Accelerated Hydrolysis of p-Nitrophenyl Picolinate Catalyzed by Metallomicelle Made from a Novel Macrocyclic Polyamine Copper（Ⅱ） Complex

A copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 of a novel macrocyclic polyamine ligand with hydroxylethyl pendant groups, 4,11-bis（hydroxylethyl）-5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane （L） has been synthesized and characterized. Rate enhancement for hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate （PNPP） catalyzed by 1 was studied kinetically under Brij35 micellar condition. For comparision, the catalytic activity of corresponding copper（Ⅱ） complex 2 of non-substituted macrocyclic polyamine ligand, 5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraaza-cyclotetradecane （L＇） toward the hydrolysis of PNPP was also investigated. The results indicate that the macrocyclic polyamine copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 effectively catalyzed the hydrolysis of PNPP, and the pendant ligand hydroxyl group or deprotonated pendant ligand hydroxyl group can act as catalytically active species in the reaction. A ternary Complex kinetic model involving metal ion, ligand and substrate has been proposed, and the results confirmed the reasonability of such kinetic model.     

~(14)N ENDOR Study on Bis(2-Hydroxylphenyl Ketoxime)-~(63)Cu(Ⅱ) Complex

The ENDOR spectrum of ~(14)N-~(63)Cu-HAP complex in DMSO/EtOH (5:1) freezing solution at 20 K has been studied using orientational selective method in this paper. The anisotropic superhyperfine coupling tensor and qusdrupole coupling tensor of ligand ~(14)N nucleus, and the superhyperfine coupling tensor of various ~1H nuclei have been measured precisely. Comparing the superhyperfine coupling tensor of ~(14)N-nucleus with previous work shows that the analytical method of spectrum is reasonable and the data are reliable in our previous work.     

荧光光度法直接测定环境水中苯酚和十二烷基苯磺酸钠的含量

本文研究了用荧光分光光度法直接测定环境水中苯酚和十二烷基苯磺酸钠（ＳＤＢＳ）二种水中污染物。在ｐＨ〉１１直接测定ＳＤＢＳ含量，波长为λｅｘ／λｅｍ＝２３０／２９５ｎｍ，检出限４．４ｎｇ／ｍＬ，线性范围０￣２．２μｇ／ｍｌ。在ｐＨ＝６，波长为λｅｘ／λｅｍ＝２３０／２９５ｎｍ，测得二者合量，从合量中减去ＳＤＢＳ含量即得苯酚含量，检出限４．０ｎｇ／ｍｌ，线性范围０￣０．８５μｇ／ｍＬ，回收率达９９％￣     

电极结构对等离子体显示单元放电效率的影响

利用实验和数值模拟方法研究等离子体显示屏放电单元中的电极间隙、长度、壁障高度等不同参数对放电特性的影响.结果表明,放电效率随电极长度、间隙大小的增大而增大,壁障的存在也使效率略有增加并导致单元有效电容减小,但对放电电压影响很小.单元高度对放电效率影响不大,但可以降低同样间隙下的放电电压.合理选择电极结构可以在较低的维持电压下获得较高的放电效率.     

STM在Au表面上的超微加工

论述了在大气状态下扫描隧道显微镜STM在Au表面上的电场加工实验，实验分析表明：对表面结构的超微加工主要是准机械接触近场放电作用。
