提高居住区环境质量的技术途径

随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对居住环境的需求也逐渐从“数量”向“质量”转变。本文从技术层面探讨了如何提高居住区的环境质量问题。     

新型四氧化三铁荧光纳米探针构建及活性研究

基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)是一类重要的肿瘤标志物，开发能特异性检测MMP-2的智能型荧光纳米探针，对于癌症的早期诊断与治疗都至关重要。利用亚铜离子催化的“点击”化学反应将荧光素(FITC)和多肽底物KCPLGVR偶联，并与dp-PEG-Mal修饰的四氧化三铁纳米颗粒(Fe₃O₄)通过巯基与马来酰亚胺的反应，制备得到一种新型MMP-2特异性响应荧光纳米探针Fe₃O₄-PEG-KCPLGVR-FITC。通过体外重组酶检测和肿瘤细胞成像结果表明，合成的探针对过表达MMP-2的MCF-7细胞(人乳腺癌细胞)表现出较好的检测灵敏度和特异性，在MMP-2过表达的肿瘤早期诊断方面具有一定的应用潜力。     

轿车前立柱内板成形工艺分析及模具设计

分析了轿车前立柱内板的几何外形和结构特点，发现谈零件板厚值较小，形状和结构比较复杂，且外形尺寸较大。采用常规单件成形方式加工，靠外形阶梯面定位，便于冲压成形以及保证尺寸精度。设计了试零件成型的工序流程以及一套拉深成形模。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Sm Cu7.73In3.27: a New 3D Framework Based on [Cu5In4M4]（M=Cu/In） Cluster

A new intermetallic compound, SmC u7.73In3.27, has been synthesized by solid-state reaction of the corresponding pure elements at high temperature, and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. SmC u7.73In3.27 crystallizes in tetragonal space group P4/mbm with a = 8.6213(4), c = 10.2538(9), V = 762.13(8) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 1018.90, Dc = 8.880 g/cm3, μ =38.244 mm-1, F(000) = 1789, and the final R = 0.0374 and w R = 0.0836 for 514 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The structure of SmC u7.69In3.31 belongs to a new structure type and features a three-dimensional(3D) [Cu5In2M4](M = Cu/In) framework composed of [Cu5In4M4] clusters interconnected via sharing In atoms as well as Cu–In and In–In bonds. The Sm atoms are located in the one-dimensional(1D) tunnels along the c-axis. The structural relationship of the title compound with other similar Sm-Cu-In phases was also studied. Band structure calculations based on Density Functional Theory(DFT) method indicate that SmC u7.69In3.31 is metallic.     

Development of CAPP System for Small and Medium Size Apparel Enterprises

Existing computer-aided process planning （CAPP） systems for garment manufacturing emphasize all-purpose ones, lack specialism and availability. So, few developed is popular in the garment industries. This study is intended for developing a CAPP system, which aims at the actual condition of process planning in the small and medium size apparel enterprises （SMAs）. It enables the technologists of process planning to be quicker in generating suitable plans that are similar to existing styles or new. It also automatically provides labor cost by considering the shop-ricer caztiticns. Process planning is achieved by adopting the Hybrid Interactive-variant process planning mete. The proposed system has been realized in Borland Delphi 7 and Orade 8. For validation of the system, the software has been implemented successfully in a firm named Jingchen in China.     

不同参数胎儿体重预测符合率比较

探讨胎儿体重预测最佳参数.选择临产前单胎、头位、足月孕妇174例,孕妇宫高、腹围、胎儿双顶径、股骨长度、腹围等作为胎儿体重预测参数估测胎儿体重和根据公式计算胎儿体重,与出生后实际体重进行比较,对符合率进行统计学分析.结果:胎儿腹围单参数公式计算和高年资医生经验估测符合率最高.胎儿腹围是足月胎儿体重预测的最佳参数,其单参数公式计算简便,有临床应用价值.     

鞭梢效应在“明日环”魔术的应用

“明日环”魔术也称魔结,或“喜结良缘”。当环自由下落时,套在其中间的闭合链条会迅速打结将环紧紧扣住。“明日环”魔术由于打结过程迅速,只有不到80 ms,背后隐藏的有趣力学原理很少被大家熟知。本文利用由4台高速相机组成的高速相机阵列实验平台,拍摄并重建了“明日环”魔术中链条打结这一关键过程。对环的运动和链条运动的定量分析发现,链条在魔术过程中存在鞭梢效应,使其能够在肉眼无法分辨的速度下完成打结,鞭梢效应是魔术成功的关键力学原理。
