硬骨鱼类的细胞核移植——鲫鱼细胞核和鲤鱼细胞质配合的杂种鱼

本文用细胞核移植方法,获得了不同属淡水硬骨鱼类之间的核质杂种鱼,即鲫鱼细胞核和鲤鱼细胞质配合的杂种鱼.从观察到的形态特征来看,不论在口须、咽喉齿、侧线鳞片数目、脊椎骨数目等方面,基本上相似于供体细胞核鱼(鲫鱼)的性状.这种杂种鱼已能饲养到性成熟阶段。

SNPs,即单核苷酸多态性,是指基因组DNA序列中由于单个核苷酸(A,T,C,G)的替换而引起的多态性。综述了SNPs分析方法及其在农业经济动物研究中的应用。     

DIG标记罗非鱼DNA指纹图谱研究

运用Ｈａｃ Ⅲ／３３．６、ＨａｃⅢ／３３．１５Ｈｉｎｆ Ｉ／３３．６、Ｈｉｎｆ Ｉ／３３．１５４种限制酶／探针组合对奥利亚罗非鱼、美国尼罗罗非鱼、沙市尼罗罗非鱼三种群体罗非鱼进行非放射性ＤＮＡ指纹图谱研究,结果表明在三种罗非鱼群体中４种限制酶／探针组合都能产生具有种属特异性和个性特异性为鉴别上亚罗非鱼的分子遗传标记。４种限制酶／探针组合在奥利亚罗非鱼、沙市尼罗罗非鱼、美国尼罗罗非鱼检出的个体平均图     

NUCLEAR TRANSPLANTATION IN TELEOSTS——HYBRID FISH FROM THE NUCLEUS OF CRUCIAN AND THE CYTOPLASM OF CARP

Hybrid fish are obtained from the combination of nucleus and cytoplasm from two generaof fresh-water teleosts using the technique of nuelear transplantation (i.e. the combination ofthe nucleus of erueian (Carassius auratus) and the cytoplasm of carp (Cyprinus carpio)). Morphological characteristics of these hybrid fish that have been examined so far indicatethat some features such as barbs, pharyngeal teeth, the number of scales along the lateral line,and the number of vertebrae are similar to those of crucian. Some of the hybrid fish growto normal adult fish.
