The effect of intragranular microstress in Al2O3—SiC nanocomposites

A theoretical model is established to investigate the intragranular particle residual stress in Al2O3-SiC nanocomposites.Using this model,we calculate the average compressive stress on the Al2O3 grain boundary(GB) and the average tensile stress within Al2O3 grains caused by SiC nanoparticles.The normal compressive stress strengthens the GB,and the average tensile stress weakens the grains.The model gives a reasonable interpretation of the strength changes of Al2O3-SiC nanocomposites with the number of SiC particles.

The model gives a reasonable interpretation of the strength changes of A1203-SiC nanocomposites with the number of SiC particles.

Laguerre-Voronoi图软件包的设计和实现

详细介绍了Laguerre-Voronoi图(L-V图)以及有关构造L-V图的一些计算几何概念：凸壳、下壳、下面、Laguerre-Delaunay图(L-D图)和Laguerre-Voronoi区域(L-V区域)。通过这些几何结构与L-V图之间的关系，设计了快速构造大规模二、三维L-V图的算法。通过在PC机(P4，2．0GHz)上对该算法进行性能分析，发现本程序构造二、三维L-V图的运行时间基本上和L-V区域的规模成线性关系，且即使在L-V区域的规模达到几十万时，构造L-V图的运行时间也可以控制在500s以内，在编写构造L-V图软件包时，选用结构体作为存储数据的数据类型，使得数据逻辑结构清晰，便于对数据的再加工和分析。最后，通过与RCP结合，还可用L-V图来解决空间划分问题。
