《伟大的导师》

正2018年是北京联合大学马克思主义学院成立两周年,适逢卡尔·马克思诞辰200周年,为了纪念马克思和恩格斯两位伟大导师为人类留下的宝贵政治遗产与精神财富,马克思主义学院在学院楼内敬立《伟大的导师》雕塑。     

砂岩在西湖凹陷花港组交互式盖层中的作用初探

西湖凹陷花港组盖层具有砂泥岩交互式发育特征，而与泥岩伴生的砂岩类盖层的油气封闭作用研究较少。采用岩芯、镜下观察及压汞等分析方法，对砂泥岩交互式盖层中的砂岩特征进行了分析。结果表明，盖层中的砂岩可作为有效盖层，砂岩类盖层早期受沉积环境控制，含有较多的泥质而导致早期压实作用较强，加之晚期的黏土矿物转换及胶结物的发育，具备形成良好盖层的条件。在不同地区进行砂岩盖层有效性研究时应以沉积环境为基础，针对不同类型的砂岩进行成岩作用研究，并针对不同类型的砂岩样品进行实验分析以明确砂岩盖层的有效性。     

矩阵方程AXB~T+BXA~T=F的参数迭代法

文章给出了求矩阵方程AXB~T+BXA~T=F的唯一解的参数迭代法,分析当矩阵A,B均是对称正定矩阵时,迭代矩阵的特征值表达式,给出了最优参数的确定方法,并提出了相应的加速算法与迭代校正法。     

4GLTE的关键技术及应用分析

21世纪以来，我国通信技术水平不断提高，2013年我国就正式进入到了4G网络通信的时代，4G通信技术的发展有利于满足市场对无线数字服务越来越大的需要，以及人们对高速率的网络结构的期待，目前4G通信技术在我国的发展还并不是十分成熟，仍然存在一些局限，对4G关键技术的研究和探讨已经成了移动通信领域的热点问题，该文主要对4GLTE的关键技术进行了探讨。

Sliding mode identifier for parameter uncertain nonlinear dynamic systems with nonlinear input

This paper presents a sliding mode(SM) based identifier to deal with the parameter idenfification problem for a class of parameter uncertain nonlinear dynamic systems with input nonlinearity. A sliding mode controller (SMC) is used to ensure the global reaching condition of the sliding mode for the nonlinear system;an identifier is designed to identify the uncertain parameter of the nonlinear system. A numerical example is studied to show the feasibility of the SM controller and the asymptotical convergence of the identifier.     

Effect of Ag Doping on Optical and Electrical Properties of ZnO Thin Films

ZnO thin films were prepared on p-type Si (100) substrates by the sol-gel process. The influence of Ag doping at a content of 0.002% on the photoluminescence and current-voltage (I - V) characteristics of ZnO thin films has been investigated. It is found that Ag doping leads to a pronounced increase in the intensity of near band edge emission at 3.23eV and a remarkable red shift of the visible broadband at room temperature. The I - V characteristics of ZnO/p-Si heterojunctions are also changed. These results could be explained by Ag substituting for Zn in Ag doped ZnO thin films.
