一种新的植物花螺原体(Spiroplasma)的研究

本文首次在国内从植物花表面分离到的一种螺原体(CCH),菌体为螺旋状丝状体,无细胞壁和细胞核,能通过0.22μm孔径的滤膜;生长需要甾醇。能利用萄萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、海藻糖和精氨酸,不能水解尿素。细胞蛋白电泳图与其它螺原体明显不同。DNA中G+C含量为29.15mol％。ELISA和菌体变形试验中,CCH与已知的螺原体均无反应。根据这些结果,作者初步认为,螺原体(CCH)应为一个新螺原体种或一个新螺原体组的代表。     

A NEW SPIROPLASMA FROM THE SURFACE OF PLANT FLOWER IN CHINA

The strain CCH, isolated from the surface of the plant flower in China, is a wall- less,helical prokaryote which passes through a microfilter 0. 22 μm in diameter. Cholesterol isrequired for its growth. The strain CCH could metabolize glucose, fructose, maltose, treha-lose and arginine, but not urea. Its electrophoresis pattern of cell proteins is distinct fromthat of other spiroplasmas. The guanine-plus-cyrosine content of its DNA determined bymelting temperature is 29. 15 mol%. No relation with any known spiroplasmas was found inenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and deformation tests. According to these results, thestrain CCH is referred to a new species in the genus of Spiroplasma or the representative ofa new spiroplasma group.

形式赋值系统的研究

将一阶谓词演算系统进行语构和语义两方面的扩充，即引进比率量词和模糊量词，将真值区域｛０，１｝扩展到［０，１］，进而建立一个带有比率量词的一阶一型模糊谓词逻辑系统（ＦＯＦＬＲ）。基于模糊逻辑，文中还讨论了一个专家咨询系统框架。
