天津港适种植物与土壤利用相结合的绿化模式探索

从天津滨海地区绿化实际出发，着眼于“适种植物”与“土壤利用”相结合，多年来在现场调查基础上，筛选了适种植物156种，并按植物耐盐能力分为四级，探索总结出适用于滨海地区生态环境建设需要的“原土利用常规绿化”、“原土利用粗放绿化”、“简易改土常规绿化”、“简易改土粗放绿化”、“系统改良常规绿化”、“植被恢复生态绿化”6种绿化技术模式。     

基于水平效应函数的模糊指派求解模型

结合模糊信息结构特征,提出了水平效应函数L(λ)的概念,建立了从整体上集中量化模糊数位置的、具有广泛可操作性的IL-度量方法及IL-度量在水平效应函数L(λ)下的IDθ-不确定度,进而通过引进的零型模糊数推广了著名的匈牙利算法。最后通过一个算例验证了算法的有效性。并在此基础上,利用模糊信息的IDθ-不确定度分析了指派决策的可靠性程度。该讨论为某种意识下的不确定型决策奠定了理论基础,具有较强的可操作性。     

防空通信系统效能评估的新方法

为了解决从指标隶属度到目标隶属度转换过程中存在的冗余数值问题,通过挖掘隐藏在指标隶属度中关于目标分类的知识信息与空间信息,定义指标区分权重,清除指标隶属度中对目标分类不起作用的冗余数值。建立基于"一滤、二比、三合成"的隶属度转换算法,并用于防空通信系统效能评估。研究结果表明:该算法是多属性、多层次综合评价的一种有效方法。     

岩层与地表移动的广义下沉公式

在考虑岩性差异的条件下,推导出了岩层与地表移动的广义下沉公式,最后列举了其应用意义和实例。

Moiré superlattice modulations in single-unit-cell FeTe films grown on NbSe2 single crystals

Interface can be a fertile ground for exotic quantum states, including topological superconductivity, Majorana mode, fractal quantum Hall effect, unconventional superconductivity, Mott insulator, etc. Here we grow single-unit-cell (1UC) FeTe film on NbSe₂ single crystal by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and investigate the film in-situ with a home-made cryogenic scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and non-contact atomic force microscopy (AFM) combined system. We find different stripe-like superlattice modulations on grown FeTe film with different misorientation angles with respect to NbSe₂ substrate. We show that these stripe-like superlattice modulations can be understood as moiré pattern forming between FeTe film and NbSe₂ substrate. Our results indicate that the interface between FeTe and NbSe₂ is atomically sharp. By STM-AFM combined measurement, we suggest that the moiré superlattice modulations have an electronic origin when the misorientation angle is relatively small (≤ 3°) and have structural relaxation when the misorientation angle is relatively large (≥ 10°).     

袁大滩煤矿风化岩土体冻结热参数及单轴压缩试验研究

袁大滩煤矿岩土体风化严重,冻结井筒施工设计需要依据风化岩土体的冻结特性和力学参数。目前对于风化岩土体的冻结热参数及力学性质缺乏了解,通过风化岩土体钻孔取样,对细砂、黏土、细粒砂岩、粉砂岩和砂质泥岩试件进行了比热、导热系数、结冰温度等热参数和冻结单轴压缩方面的试验研究。结果表明:风化岩体的结冰温度低于风化表土,而导热系数大于风化土体,黏土的比热和容积比热最大。随温度降低,岩土体的抗压强度和弹性模量均逐渐增大,泊松比逐渐减小,但对岩土体泊松比的影响相对较小;温度对细砂、黏土和粉砂岩抗压强度的增幅相对较大,对细砂、黏土、细粒砂岩和砂质泥岩弹性模量的增幅相对较大;随温度降低,岩土体的抗压强度、弹性模量和泊松比变化幅度均呈加快趋势。     

Experimental Observations Indicating the Topological Nature of the Edge States on HfTe_5

The topological edge states of two-dimensional topological insulators with large energy gaps furnish ideal conduction channels for dissipationless current transport. Transition metal tellurides X_(Te5)X=Zr, Hf) are theoretically predicted to be large-gap two-dimensional topological insulators, and the experimental observations of their bulk insulating gap and in-gap edge states have been reported, but the topological nature of these edge states still remains to be further elucidated. Here, we report our low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy study on single crystals of HfTe5. We demonstrate a full energy gap of ～80 meV near the Fermi level on the surface monolayer of HfTe5 and that such an insulating energy gap gets filled with finite energy states when measured at the monolayer step edges. Remarkably, such states are absent at the edges of a narrow monolayer strip of one-unit-cell in width but persist at both step edges of a unit-cell wide monolayer groove. These experimental observations strongly indicate that the edge states of HfTe5 monolayers are not trivially caused by translational symmetry breaking, instead they are topological in nature protected by the 2 D nontrivial bulk properties.
