新时期提高高职院校青年教师师德修养途径

高职院校在培养高级技能人才的过程中,面临一系列机遇与挑战,能否在激烈市场竞争中生存发展,关键在于能否培养出适应时代要求、综合素质高的"四有"人才,而培养合格人才的重任主要肩负于教师。因此,师资队伍建设尤为重要,而青年教师在高职院校教师队伍中比重越来越大,如何建设思想素质过硬、业务能力强的青年教师队伍,直接关系着高职院校的兴衰与可持续发展。     

A Survey of Statistical Analysis in a Selected M.A. Dissertation

The use of statistics has received increasing attention in the studies of linguistics and applied linguistics. However,due to its complexity and preciseness,there are many problems of application of statistics. The present paper tries to discuss the application of statistics in a M.A. dissertation and aims to explain how to apply statistics to linguistics research normatively,scientifically,and precisely.
