室间隔缺损并发肺动脉高压的外科治疗

总结室内隔缺损（ＶＳＤ）并发肺动脉高压外科治疗经验及效果,探讨手术适应证的选择及术后并发症的处理,以回顾性分析８年来室间隔缺损并发肺动脉高压５２例,手术治愈４９例,死亡３例,术后并发平的发生率为２３．０％,并发症及死亡率均明显低于文献报道,对ＶＳＤ并发肺动脉高压的外科治疗,必须严格选择好手术适应证,早期处理好术后并发症,重视术后的精心治疗。
