Net analyte signal (NAS)-based method called HLA/GO was applied for the selectively determination of binary mixture of ethanol and water by quartz crystal nanobalance (QCN) sensor. A full factorial design was applied for the formation of calibration and prediction sets in the concentration ranges 5.5-22.2 μg mL−1 for ethanol and 7.01-28.07 μg mL−1 for water. An optimal time range was selected by procedure which was based on the calculation of the net analyte signal regression plot in any considered time window for each test sample. A moving window strategy was used for searching the region with maximum linearity of NAS regression plot (minimum error indicator) and minimum of PRESS value. On the base of obtained results, the differences on the adsorption profiles in the time range between 1 and 600 s were used to determine mixtures of both compounds by HLA/GO method. The calculation of the net analytical signal using HLA/GO method allows determination of several figures of merit like selectivity, sensitivity, analytical sensitivity and limit of detection, for each component. To check the ability of the proposed method in the selection of linear regions of adsorption profile, a test for detecting non-linear regions of adsorption profile data in the presence of methanol was also described. The results showed that the method was successfully applied for the determination of ethanol and water.  相似文献

The aim of the present investigation was to develop a biosensor based on a quartz crystal nanobalance (QCN) for the detection of histidine (His). A thin layer of nickel was electrochemically deposited over the gold crystal electrode and exposed to H2O2 to form nickel oxide. The composite electrode was then used to determine His. The frequency shifts were linear with respect to the concentration of His in solution. His can be measured in the range of 100–2000 mg L−1. A lower limit of detection of 48 mg L−1 and a sensitivity factor of 0.0307 Hz/mg L−1 was obtained. Some possible interferences were checked for, and the performance of the sensor was found to be unaffected by any interference except for those from arginine, cysteine and NaH2PO4. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to process the frequency response data of the single piezoelectric crystal at various times, considering the different adsorption–desorption dynamics of His and the interfering compounds. Over 85% of the variance in the data was explained by two principal components. A score plot of the data for the first two PCs showed that the modified QCN yields favorable identification and quantification performances for His and the interfering compounds.  相似文献

Holmium doped cadmium lead borate glasses were prepared from melting in appropriate proportions of a mixture of CdO, PbO2, H3BO3 and (1–2 mol %) Ho2O3 in the temperature range of 800–850 °C. The density of glass samples was measured using Archimedes Principle. The infrared spectra of the glasses in the range of 400–4000 cm?1 showed their structure systematically. No boroxol ring formation was observed in the structure of these glasses, but the conversion of 3-fold to 4-fold coordination of boron atoms in the structure of glasses was observed. The glass transition studies were done through differential scanning calorimetry. The optical analysis is done by using the Judd–Ofelt theory.  相似文献

In this research, a conductive adhesive based on epoxy resin as the polymer matrix and silver‐coated copper powder and silver‐coated reduced graphene oxide as conductive fillers was synthesized. Graphene oxide was synthesized by modified Hummer's method. It was reduced and modified by silver powder. Copper particles were coated with silver using the electroless plating method. Finally, conductive nanocomposite adhesives were prepared using conductive fillers with different weight fractions. The structural properties of fillers were identified by Fourier‐transform infrared (FTIR) and induced coupled plasma (ICP) analysis and the morphology of the samples by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Finally, conductive properties, lap shear strength, and thermal stability of adhesive were evaluated. The conductive adhesive prepared with optimized properties have 70% weight percentage silver‐coated copper powder and 1% weight percentage silver‐coated reduced graphene oxide. The bulk resistivity of the optimum sample was 1.6 × 10‐2 Ω.cm, and the lap shear strength was 7.10 MPa. Also, thermogravimetric analysis showed that the weight loss of adhesive decreased from 88.72% to 30.55% during heating, which showed the addition of fillers improves the thermal stability of adhesive.  相似文献

Homovanillic acid (HVA) and vanillylmandelic acid (VMA) were selectively determined by quartz crystal nanobalance sensor in conjunction with net analyte signal (NAS)-based method called HLA/GO. An orthogonal design was applied for the formation of calibration and prediction sets including HVA, VMA, and some common and structurally similar urine compounds. The selection of the optimal time range involved the calculation of the NAS regression plot in any considered time window for each test sample. The searching of a region with maximum linearity of NAS regression plot (minimum error indicator) and minimum of predicted error sum of squares value was carried out by applying a moving window strategy. Based on the obtained results, the differences on the adsorption profiles in the time range between 1 and 300 s were used to determine mixtures of compounds by HLA/GO method. Several figures of merit like selectivity, sensitivity, analytical sensitivity, and limit of detection were calculated for both compounds. The results showed that the method was successfully applied for the determination of VMA and HVA.  相似文献

The transport of a range of functionalised sulfonated aromatics across conducting polypyrrole membranes has been considered. In the course of these studies several unique aspects of the chemical selectivity of these conducting materials have been identified. Using electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) the ion-exchange behaviour of these membranes was investigated to further elucidate the transport mechanism.  相似文献
