We study the stationary measure for the two-dimensional Boussinesq equation with random forcing. We prove the ergodicity for the two-dimensional stochastically forced Boussinesq equation. We also study the Galerkin truncations of the three-dimensional Boussinesq equations under degenerate stochastic forcing. We follow closely the previous results on the stochastically forced Navier–Stokes equations.  相似文献

Oral disease is one of the most common conditions worldwide, negatively affecting general health, reducing the quality of life, and often developing into systemic illness. However, the design of therapeutic agents for oral diseases is challenging due to various unique features of the oral cavity, including its wet and dynamic environment and curved shape. Herein, the development of highly biocompatible mucoadhesive functional hydrogels for oral applications is reported, generated by introducing bio-inspired phenolic moieties into a pectin polymer. Pyrogallol-functionalized pectin (Pec-PG) can be crosslinked in situ via autoxidation without chemical agents and readily fabricated as various formulations. Sprayable Pec-PG hydrogel exhibits strong mucoadhesion and outstanding hydration ability ex vivo and in vivo, thus displaying significant potential as a novel saliva substitute for dry mouth. The authors further show that topical application of mucoadhesive Pec-PG patches pre-loaded with corticosteroid significantly promotes the repair of diabetic oral ulcer tissue via prolonged drug release, free radical scavenging, and physical barrier effects. Moreover, similar applications for oral ulcer treatment using a pectin hydrogel modified with catechol (Pec-CA), another phenolic moiety are demonstrated. Together, these findings suggest that mucoadhesive phenolic pectin derivatives can provide highly biocompatible, convenient, and effective hydrogel platforms for treating oral diseases.  相似文献

2-Iminothiazole, an isoform of 2-aminothiazole, is a scaffold of synthetic and medicinal significance. We have reported an efficient method by which alkyl group of 2-alkyliminothiazoles is changed into other alkyl groups by isothiocyanates. In this article, a detailed mechanistic aspect, and the scopes and limitations were disclosed. All the reactions were carried out in toluene at 105 °C without any additive. The reaction is a reversible process and the equilibrium is determined by the reactivity of both reactants, in which the more electron-withdrawing alkyl or aryl groups at the 2-imino group or isothiocyanate showed higher reactivities. With this simple method, we effectively altered the alkyl group attached on the imine nitrogen. A synthetic problem in 2-iminothiazole chemistry, synthesis of amino acid-derived 2-iminothiazole was solved in a very simple manner. Using suitably designed 2-iminothiazole substrate, the electrophilic reactivity of various isothiocyanates could be empirically compared by this exchange reaction. Moreover, successful exchange reaction using isocyanates instead of isothiocyanates broadened the utility of this reaction.  相似文献

A combination of iridium‐catalyzed C H activation/borylation and atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) was used to generate polar graft copolymers of syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS). The borylation at aromatic C H bonds of sPS and subsequent oxidation of boronate ester proceeded without negatively affecting the molecular weight properties and the tacticity of sPS. A macroinitiator suitable for ATRP could be synthesized by the esterification of 2‐bromo‐2‐methylpropionyl bromide and hydroxy‐functionalized sPS. The graft polymerizations of methyl methacrylate and tert‐butyl acrylate from the macroinitiator using ATRP afforded polar block grafted sPS materials, syndiotactic polystyrene‐graft‐poly(methyl methacrylate) (sPS‐g‐PMMA) and syndiotactic polystyrene‐graft‐poly(tert‐butyl acrylate) (sPS‐g‐PtBA). The latter was hydrolyzed to yield an amphiphilic graft copolymer, syndiotactic polystyrene‐graft‐poly(acrylic acid) (sPS‐g‐PAA). The structures of the copolymers were characterized by NMR and FTIR spectroscopies. Size exclusion chromatography and 1H NMR spectroscopy were used to study any changes in the molecular weight properties from the parent polymer. Postfunctionalization of high‐molecular‐weight syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS) was achieved via combination of electrophilic bromination at the para‐position of the polymer aromatic ring and subsequent Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions with functionalized phenylboronic acids. The concentration of brominated styrene repeating unit in sPS was conveniently controlled by changing the ratio of added bromine relative to the polymer repeating unit. Brominated sPS (8.5 mol %) was converted quantitatively to other polar functional groups via Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions with various functional group‐substituted phenylboronic acids. The axial resolution of optical coherence tomography (OCT) is closely related to the light source spectrum width. Unfortunately, most basic sources providing the required power for decent OCT image have narrow spectra, which generate a resolution loss. Assuming the OCT system is linear shift-invariant, we can consider the system output as the convolution of the theoretical signal with a system impulse response due to this spectrum narrowness. It becomes then possible to enhance this resolution through iterative deconvolution methods (IDM). However those methods have a significant drawback, as they usually significantly enhance speckle, which is another consequence of the source spectrum narrowness. To compensate this, we rely on preliminary speckle filtering, and especially the adaptative ones, which allow tackling the speckle without blurring the image. We first studied enhancement proposed by most popular IDMs on OCT images, and then the effect of preliminary adaptive speckle filtering (ASF) by different common adaptive methods. Then, among those methods, we combined Frost filter and Richardson-Lucy deconvolution in the appropriated way; this way we both enhanced resolution by 2 and reduced speckle (raising CNR from 0.7 to 1.3)  相似文献

In recent years, medical service has been evolving from systems designed around centralized hospitals to Ubiquitous Healthcare (U‐Healthcare). U‐Healthcare system can facilitate real‐time monitoring of patient states, and can provide medical checkups and management whenever and wherever the medical staff deems necessary. U‐Healthcare services can provide chronic condition monitoring in the early stages of diseases and help execute decisive medical action in emergencies. However, thus far, the application of U‐Healthcare systems has been limited to diseases such as obesity, diabetes, etc. Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is among the most critical chronic diseases and requires early detection and treatment. In this paper, we propose an AMI diagnostic software technique and protocol that can support real‐time communication between the patient and medical personnel. Our monitoring and diagnostic system has been developed using a protocol based on ISO/IEEE 11073. When data is transferred from the patient's smartphone to a server in hospital, the medical personnel consult the patient's biosensor data to determine the status of the relevant disease and provide appropriate medical service. The relevant information is sent back to the patient's smartphone through a wireless network, and patients can view their data in graphical format through their smartphone. A millimeter‐wave (mm‐wave) high‐linear low‐noise amplifier (LNA) is presented using a 0.18 µm standard CMOS process. To improve the linearity of mm‐wave LNAs, we adopted the multiple‐gate transistor (MGTR) topology used in the low frequency range. By using an MGTR having a different gate‐source bias at the last stage of LNAs, third‐order input intercept point (IIP3) and 1‐dB gain compression point (P1dB) increase by 4.85 dBm and 4 dBm, respectively, without noise figure (NF) degradation. At 33 GHz, the proposed LNAs represent 9.5 dB gain, 7.13 dB NF, and 6.25 dBm IIP3.  相似文献

A Q‐band pHEMT image‐rejection low‐noise amplifier (IR‐LNA) is presented using inter‐stage tunable resonators. The inter‐stage L‐C resonators can maximize an image rejection by functioning as inter‐stage matching circuits at an operating frequency (FOP) and short circuits at an image frequency (FIM). In addition, it also brings more wideband image rejection than conventional notch filters. Moreover, tunable varactors in L‐C resonators not only compensate for the mismatch of an image frequency induced by the process variation or model error but can also change the image frequency according to a required RF frequency. The implemented pHEMT IR‐LNA shows 54.3 dB maximum image rejection ratio (IRR). By changing the varactor bias, the image frequency shifts from 27 GHz to 37 GHz with over 40 dB IRR, a 19.1 dB to 17.6 dB peak gain, and 3.2 dB to 4.3 dB noise figure. To the best of the authors' knowledge, it shows the highest IRR and FIM/FOP of the reported millimeter/quasi‐millimeter wave IR‐LNAs.  相似文献
