ABSTRACT A new procedure for determining transfer constants, depending on knowledge of the numbers of initiator fragments in the average molecules of appropriate polymers, has been applied to crotononitrile (1-cyano-1-propene) and allyl cyanide (3-cyano-l-propene) with methyl methacrylate and styrene at 60°C. Allyl cyanide is the more reactive of the two additives, but is less effective than allylbenzene (3-phenyl-1-propene); neither of the cyano-derivatives causes appreciable retardation. 相似文献

The infrared spectrum of the ν3 fundamental band of HBC1+ has been observed using the velocity modulation detection technique. The ion was produced in an ac glow discharge containing a mixture of H2 and BC13. Thirty-two transitions of the fundamental band of the most naturally abundant isotopomer, H11B35C1+, between 1105 and 1170cm?1 have been assigned. The ν3 band origin and rotational constants have been determined to be ν0 = 1121.5677(20)cm?1, B 0 = 0.63089(23)cm?1 and B 1 = 0.62699(21)cm?1. A second series of lines have been attributed to the H11B37C1+ isotopomer, although it has not been possible to make an unambiguous J assignment of these lines. 相似文献

Pure-silica-zeolite(PSZ) AST and LTA are synthesized successfully by using the same structure-directing agent(SDA) molecule,but at different concentrations.A dynamic organic SDA is proposed to discuss the mechanism of phase discrimination between AST and LTA.Data suggest that the SDA molecules can self-assemble into dimer or trimer complexes at different concentrations by π-π interactions,and these differences can be taken advantage of to selectively synthesize either PSZ AST or LTA.These deviations from the Liebau's rules indicate that small changes in SDA chemistry,structure,and order in solution can have a great impact on the structure selectivity of the zeolite synthesis. 相似文献

In this paper, we study the Hyers–Ulam stability of a simple Levi–Civitá functional equation f(x+y)=f(x)h(y)+f(y) and its pexiderization f(x+y)= g(x) h(y)+k(y) on non-unital commutative semigroups by investigating the functional inequalities |f(x+y)?f(x)h(y)?f(y)|≤?? and |f(x+y)?g(x)h(y)?k(y)|≤??, respectively. In this paper we show that the periodic boundary conditions used to simulate planar elongational flow are closely related to the Arnold cat map. In particular the relationship between the Arnold cat map and the periodic boundary conditions devised by Kraynik and Reinelt [1992, Int. J. multiphase Flow, 18, 1045], the so-called K-R map, is demonstrated. It is shown that the family of lattices found by Kraynik and Reinelt corresponds to a subset of hyperbolic toral automorphisms. These lattices were previously found to be sufficient to enable molecular dynamics simulations of steady-state planar elongational flow of unrestricted duration. Within the frame of the cat map we provide a re-derivation for the set of eigenvalues, eigenvectors and orientation angles of the K-R map and find it to be considerably simpler than the original derivation provided by Kraynik and Reinelt. 相似文献
