热处理对Ti-Mo-V-Nb-Al合金微观结构的影响

形状记忆合金由于其优良的超弹性和形状记忆效应而在医学上有着广泛的应用，其中由于NiTi形状记忆合金相较其它形状记忆合金具有更好的超弹性和生物相容性而得到了广泛的应用。但由于镍元素的毒性，使得开发一种生物相容性更好、无镍且具有良好力学性能的形状记忆合金成为必需。Ti-Mo-V-Nb-Al五元合金就是为此而开发的一种新型形状记忆合金。本研究用X射线衍射（XRD）、透射电子显微镜（TEM）和高分辨电子显微镜（HREM）研究了不同热处理条件对Ti-Mo-V-Nb-Al形状记忆合金微观结构的影响。     

τ-CHEBYSHEV AND τ-COCHEBYSHEV SUBPSACES OF BANACH SPACES

The concepts of quasi-Chebyshev and weakly-Chebyshev and σ-Chebyshev were defined [3 - 7], andas a counterpart to best approximation in normed linear spaces, best coapprozimation was introduced by Franchetti and Furi^[1]. In this research, we shall define τ-Chebyshev subspaces and τ-cochebyshev subspaces of a Banach space, in which the property τ is compact or weakly-compact, respectively. A set of necessary and sufficient theorems under which a subspace is τ-Chebyshev is defined.     

实验研究二维圆柱后尾流中涡脱落的有序和混沌现象

本文给出了在Re=50—400范围内二维圆柱后涡脱落的有序和混沌现象的一些初步实验结果。涡脱落由有序到混沌的转捩发生在Re=184.6—193.5之间,但是它不是通过准周期途径。在涡脱落频率与Re数的关系曲线上有两个间断。在Re=70处的间断可能对应于倾斜涡脱落模式的变化,在Re≈193.5处的第二间断对应于由有序到混沌状态的转捩。

一、引言用在飞机和舰船上进行通信观测的一次雷达设备均有这样一个任务,即识别处在观察范围内的所有物体,并估计出其座标位置。如果反射物体位于空白的背景前,那么,在一般情况下,目标识别的任务是简单的。时此,可以把回波信号和一个固定的门限进行比较,当信号超过门限时,就认为是目标。然而,在雷达的应用实践中,目标实际上总是位于一个由充满点状、平面或立体延伸的反射体所构成的复杂背景前。为此,主要应研究这种背景,即反射体的规律以及时间和空间的变化。     

GaAs MESFET噪声系数的比较方法

介绍一种比较 GaAsMESFET 噪声系数的方法.对具有最低噪声量度(M)的器件作出 M 对栅长的关系图,并给出对其它器件可进行比较的优值图。这对于栅长给定时用来确定材料的相关值以及工艺改进是有用的。     

Kinetic Studies of Electrochemical Oxidation of 1,3-Benzenedithiol

The electrochemical oxidation of 1, 3-benzenedithiol was investigated in a 0. 100 mol/L tetrabutylammonium perchlorate/acetonitrile electrolyte. The electrochemical techniques used were potential sweep, bulk electrolysis, rotating disc and the potential step method. The combination of the techniques yielded the number of electrons transferred per molecule, the reaction order, the transfer coefficient, the diffusion coefficient and concentration of dithiol anions, the standard heterogeneous rate constant as well as the formal potential and equilibrium constant of the preceeding dissociation reaction. This paper also illustrates the methods for studying the electrode kinetics of reactions which (a) involve a chemical reaction preceeding the electron-transfer process, (b) have insoluble polymer products, and (c) are totally irreversible.     

Infrared Spectroscopic Analysis of Chrysene and 1.2-Benzanthracence in Wax films

Chrysene and 1.2-benzanthracene are successfully doped in a solid wax film and their vibrational spectra in gooo--400cm^-1 are discussed. The harmonic frequencies and relative intensities of both the molecules observed in the film are compared with theoretical values calculated by the density functional theory （DFT） model as well as with the previous experimental data. The effects on spectra due to change of matrix and some additional bands observed in the wax film are also reported. Excellent agreement in the spectral positions and strengths between the experiments and DFT values are found.
