Nucleation kinetics during the growth of InxGa1−xN on a GaN substrate have been studied. The behavior of nonequilibrium between the InxGa1−xN and the GaN substrate has been analyzed, and hence, the expression derived for the stress-induced supercooling/superheating
has been numerically evaluated. The maximum amount of stress-induced supercooling is found to be 1.017 K at x=0.12. These
values are incorporated in the classical heterogeneous nucleation theory. Using the regular solution model, the interfacial
tension between the nucleus and substrate and, hence, the interfacial tension between nucleus and mother phase and thermodynamical
potential of the compounds have been calculated. The amount of driving force available for the nucleation has been determined
for different compositions and degrees of supercooling. It has been shown that the value of the interaction parameter of InN-GaN
plays a dominant role in nucleation and growth kinetics of InxGa1−xN on a GaN substrate. These values have been used to evaluate the nucleation parameters. It is shown that the nucleation barrier
for the formation of a InxGa1−xN nucleus on a GaN substrate is minimum in the range of x=0.12 to x=0.17, and it has been qualitatively proved that good quality

The use of quantitative carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy ((13)C NMR) for the determination of resin loadings has been investigated. Magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR spectra have been obtained for solvent-swollen resins on a conventional 7 mm CP/MAS probe using the two pulse phase modulation (TPPM) proton decoupling sequence. Loadings of resin-bound organic compounds were evaluated via addition of tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)silane as reference or using the carbon resonances of the polymeric resin material as an internal standard. Results for several functionalized Wang and trityl resins are consistent with those obtained using well-established analytical methods. The (13)C NMR method has interesting applications in the field of solid-phase organic synthesis (SPOS), since no functional group acting as a support for the attachment of a quantifiable chromophore must be available in the material of interest. 相似文献

The technological innovations and wide use of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) applications need to handle diverse data. These huge data possess network security issues as intrusions that cannot be neglected or ignored. An effective strategy to counteract security issues in WSN can be achieved through the Intrusion Detection System (IDS). IDS ensures network integrity, availability, and confidentiality by detecting different attacks. Regardless of efforts by various researchers, the domain is still open to obtain an IDS with improved detection accuracy with minimum false alarms to detect intrusions. Machine learning models are deployed as IDS, but their potential solutions need to be improved in terms of detection accuracy. The neural network performance depends on feature selection, and hence, it is essential to bring an efficient feature selection model for better performance. An optimized deep learning model has been presented to detect different types of attacks in WSN. Instead of the conventional parameter selection procedure for Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture, a nature-inspired whale optimization algorithm is included to optimize the CNN parameters such as kernel size, feature map count, padding, and pooling type. The reaction of di-tert-butyl phosphate (((t)BuO)(2)P(O)(OH), dtbp-H) with copper acetate in the presence of pyridine (py) and 2,4,6-trimethylpyridine (collidine) has been investigated. Copper acetate reacts with dtbp-H in a reaction medium containing pyridine, DMSO, THF, and CH(3)OH to yield a one-dimensional polymeric complex [Cu(dtbp)(2)(py)(2)(mu-OH(2))](n) (1) as blue hollow crystalline tubes. The copper atoms in 1 are octahedral and are surrounded by two terminal phosphate ligands, two pyridine molecules, and two bridging water molecules. The mu-OH(2) ligands that are present along the elongated Jahn-Teller axis are responsible for the formation of the one-dimensional polymeric structure. Recrystallization of 1 in a DMSO/THF/CH(3)OH mixture results in the reorganization of the polymer and its conversion to a more stable tetranuclear copper cluster [Cu(4)(mu(3)-OH)(2)(dtbp)(6)(py)(2)] (2) in about 60% yield. The molecular structure of 2 is made up of a tetranuclear core [Cu(4)(mu(3)-OH)(2)] which is surrounded by six bidentate bridging dtbp ligands. While two of the copper atoms are pentacoordinate with a tbp geometry, the other two copper atoms exhibit a pseudooctahedral geometry with five normal Cu-O bonds and an elongated Cu-O linkage. The pentacoordinate copper centers bear an axial pyridine ligand. The short Cu.Cu nonbonded distances in the tetranuclear core of 2 lead to magnetic ordering at low temperature with an antiferromagnetic coupling at approximately 20 K (J(P) = -44 cm(-1), J(c) = -66 cm(-1), g = 2.25, and rho = 0.8%). When the reaction between di-tert-butyl phosphate (dtbp-H) and copper acetate was carried out in the presence of collidine, large dark-blue crystals of monomeric copper complex [Cu(dtbp)(2)(collidine)(2)] (3) formed as the only product. A single-crystal X-ray diffraction study of 3 reveals a slightly distorted square-planar geometry around the copper atom. Thermogravimetric analysis of 1-3 revealed a facile decomposition of the coordinated ligands and dtbp to produce a copper phosphate material around 500 degrees C. An independent solid-state thermolysis of all the three complexes in bulk at 500-510 degrees C for 2 days produced copper pyrophosphate Cu(2)P(2)O(7) along with small quantities of Cu(PO(3))(2) as revealed by DR-UV spectroscopic and PXRD studies. 相似文献

Mixed crystals of 0.1 and 0.25 zinc magnesium ammonium sulphate were grown by slow evaporation of aqueous solution at room temperature. The bright and transparent crystals obtained were characterized by thermal (TG–DTA), FTIR and XRD analyses. A fitting decomposition pattern for the compound was formulated on the TG curve which shows two stage mass losses between 133 and 478.75 °C. In this temperature range, DTA curve shows exothermic peaks supporting the formulated decomposition pattern. The FTIR spectra show the vibration frequencies due to the formation of zinc magnesium ammonium sulphate mixed crystals. Detailed structural analysis of the compound is under progress. 相似文献
