Chemical recycling of plastic wastes is top among the effective management of the solid wastes. Particularly the post-consumer polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic wastes mainly generated from the disposal of beverage bottles and placed third most produced polymeric waste. However, PET wastes could be chemically recycled using several types of homo-/heterogeneous acid or base catalysts, and an effective recycling process has yet to be achieved. Therefore, the present short review is intended to display recent reports on the depolymerization of PET polymer wastes. The review aimed to cover glycolysis and aminolytic depolymerization using various catalytic systems. There is a wide spectrum of catalytic systems such as metal oxides, ionic liquids, organic bases, nanoparticles, porous materials and microwave-assisted rapid depolymerization methods have been developed toward the yield enhancement of the depolymerized products. Ideologically, the present review would benefit the researchers in familiarizing themselves with the latest developments in this field. 相似文献

Effects of substituents and dopants on the structure–property relationships of poly(aniline) (PANI)-type homopolymers are analyzed. The gravimetric method was used for the estimation of rate of polymerization (Rp). FTIR spectroscopy was used for the calculation of relative intensities (RI) of benzenoid (RI[B/CH]), quinonoid (RI[Q/CH]), and their internal conversion (RI[B/Q]). Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) characterized the thermal stability of PANIs. A standard four probe method was employed for the conductivity measurements. With the development of the internet of things, which is widely applied not only to everyday objects but also to industrial areas, the production of big data is accelerating. To provide intelligent services without human intervention in the internet of things environment, intelligent communication between objects becomes the key, and since the failure of the mechanical equipment attached to the sensor causes malfunction of the object and product failure, big data analysis to predict equipment failure is becoming more important. The purpose of this study is to propose a model for predicting mechanical equipment failure from various sense data collected in the manufacturing process. This study constructed a RHadoop-based big data platform to distribute a large amount of datasets for research, and performed logistic regression modeling to predict the main variables causing the failure from various collected variables. As a result of the study, the main variables in the manufacturing process that cause equipment failure were derived from the collected sense data, and the fitness and performance evaluation for the prediction model were made using the ROC curve. As a result of the performance evaluation of the prediction model, the ROC curve showed a fairly high prediction accuracy with AUC close to 1. The results of this study are expected to be applicable to the prediction of malfunctions, product failure, or abnormal communication between objects due to miscellaneous product faults in our daily lives in the internet of things environment. 相似文献

The photooxidation of iron(II) in aqueous ethanol is less in presence of TiO2, ZrO2, V2O5, CeO2, ZnO, Fe2O3, CdO, PbO, SnO2, CdS, ZnS and Al2O3 than in their absence. The photogeneration of iron(III) was studied at different [Fe2+], amounts of semiconductors suspended, airflow rates, light intensities, solvent compositions and wavelengths of illumination. The catalysts show sustainable photocatalytic activity. The metal oxides and sulfides reduce iron(III), formed by the homogeneous photooxidation of iron(II). TiO2, CeO2, ZnO, Fe2O3, CdO, PbO, SnO2 and Al2O3 effectively suppress the photooxidation of iron(II); ZrO2, ZnS and CdS also suppress but not completely. At high catalyst-loading V2O5 catalyses the photooxidation of iron(II). The mechanisms of the photocatalytic processes are discussed. 相似文献

A concise method for the synthesis of cyclic sulfamides and vicinal diamines is presented. This method is enabled by Cu(OAc)2 and demonstrates a new transformation for this metal. Both five- and six-membered vicinal diamine-containing heterocycles have been synthesized in good to excellent yields, and substrate-based asymmetric induction has been achieved. This is the first reported example of intramolecular diamination of olefins. 相似文献
