It is proved that every proper holomorphic self-map of a smooth bounded Reinhardt domain of D'Angelo finite type in Cn (n > 1) is an automorphism.

Adaptation of Cu/ZnO/Al_2O_3 to Temperature Change in Methanol Synthesis from CO_2 Hydrogenation

The induction behavior in CO2 hydrogenation was studied by varying the reaction temperature to investigate the adaptation of the Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalyst to the temperature change. The results indicated that a used catalyst had a tendency to keep the last running state in new reaction conditions for MeOH formation, and that this tendency was related to the difference in Cu/Cun+ ratio caused by CO2 and CO produced at different reaction temperatures. However, the reverse water-gas shift reaction (RWGS) induced at four temperatures was completely different from that of methanol synthesis. It implied that the two so-called competitive reactions in CO2+H2, RWGS and methanol synthesis, have different active centers.

DC-10Mb/s 0.5μm CMOS激光器驱动电路的实现

设计并实现了一种适用于DC-10Mb/s速率、兼容TTL和CMOS输入电平的激光器驱动电路.该电路通过片外电阻可以独立地设置激光器发送光脉冲的‘1’功率和‘0’功率,并以闭环方式实现稳定的‘1’,‘0’发送光功率.介绍了一种新颖的峰-峰值光功率检测的工作机制,并能得到稳定的峰-峰值光功率.整个电路采用CSMC 0.5μm混合信号CMOS工艺实现,芯片最大输出驱动电流为120mA,在不要求输入码型的情况下,发送光脉冲的消光比波动在-20- ＋80℃范围内小于0.6dB.     

IOGHz 0.25μm CMOS LC压控振荡器

采用标准0.25μm CMOS工艺实现了10GHz LC压控振荡器.为了适应高频工作,并实现低相位噪声,该压控振荡器采用了手动优化的带中心抽头的对称电感,将A-MOS变容二极管与无源金属-绝缘层-金属电容串联,并采用了带LC滤波器的尾电流源.测试结果显示,当振荡频率为10.2GHz时,在1MHz频偏处相位噪声为-103.2dBc/Hz,调谐范围为11.5%.供电电压为3.3V时,核心电路功耗为9.0mW.芯片面积为0.67mm×0.58mm.
