小尺寸TFT-LCD GOA显示屏不良横纹的研究

随着GOA(Gate On Array)技术的不断发展,在小尺寸TFT-LCD窄边框显示屏上的应用也越来越频繁,但是由于GOA电路的复杂性和TFT器件自身的稳定性,以及外界温度、湿度的影响,显示屏还存在显示不稳定的问题。本文针对小尺寸TFT-LCD GOA显示屏在高温高湿环境下产生的异常显示横纹,进行了深入分析与改善研究。通过对GOA区域ITO过孔电阻测试、显微镜检查以及修复实验验证,找出了不良产生的直接原因为ITO发生腐蚀,过孔电阻增大,导致GOA驱动信号无法上下导通。接着进一步研究ITO腐蚀发生的条件、ITO腐蚀情况、驱动信号对应关系以及腐蚀成分,证明了ITO发生腐蚀原因为产品长期工作(200h左右)在高温高湿环境下,由于水汽的不断渗入,使GOA区域ITO发生了电化学腐蚀效应。最后根据电化学腐蚀原理,通过采用隔水性强的封框胶、增加ITO膜厚以及降低ITO电位差等措施对工艺进行了改善,结果表明改善后的显示屏超过1 000h,未发生ITO腐蚀。     

一种带12位3.2 MS/s 逐次逼近型模数转换器的电源线通信模拟前端电路

This paper presents an analog front end for a power line communication system,including a 12-bit3.2-MS/s energy-efficient successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter,a positive feedback programmable gain amplifier,a 9.8 ppm/°C bandgap reference and on-chip low-output voltage regulators.A two segment capacitive array structure(6 MSB 5 LSB) composed by split capacitors is designed for the SAR core to save area cost and release reference voltage accuracy requirements.Implemented in the GSMC 0.13 m 1.5 V/12 V dual-gate 4P6 M e-flash process,the analog front end occupies an area of 0.457 mm2 and consumes power of18.8 m W,in which 1.1 m W cost by the SAR ADC.Measured at 500 k Hz input,the spurious-free dynamic range and signal-to-noise plus distortion ratio of the ADC are 71.57 d B and 60.60 d B respectively,achieving a figure of merit of 350 f J/conversion-step.     

带无限时滞中立型随机泛函微分方程的解的存在唯一性

In this paper, we will make use of a new method to study the existence and uniqueness for the solution of neutral stochastic functional differential equations with infinite delay (INSFDEs for short) in the phase space BC((?∞,0];Rd). By constructing a new iterative scheme, the existence and uniqueness for the solution of INSFDEs can be directly obtained only under uniform Lipschitz condition, linear grown condition and contractive condition. Meanwhile, the moment estimate of the solution and the estimate for the error between the approximate solution and the accurate solution can be both given. Compared with the previous results, our method is partially different from the Picard iterative method and our results can complement the earlier publications in the existing literatures.     

一类随机脉冲泛函微分方程的mild解存在唯一性和稳定性

联苯缩氨基胍衍生物的合成及其抗菌活性评价（英文）

基于查尔酮缩氨基胍衍生物的结构修饰,设计合成了一系列含联苯片段的缩氨基胍衍生物.目标化合物的结构通过1HNMR、13CNMR和HRMS进行了确证,并评价了其抗菌活性.结果显示目标化合物对所选菌种显示出了较好的抑制活性,最低抑菌浓度值(MIC)大都在0.5～8μg/mL.其中, 2-((4'-溴[1,1'-二苯]-4-基)亚甲基)肼-1-甲脒(3j)的抗菌活性最好,对所选菌株包括耐药菌均显示出强的抑菌活性,其中对金葡菌CMCC(B) 26003、粪肠球菌CMCC 29212和多药耐药金葡菌ATCC 33591尤为敏感,最低抑菌浓度值达到0.5μg/mL.此外,化合物3j表现低的细胞毒性,对正常人体细胞HEK293T的IC50值为60.90μmol/L.该结果表明化合物3j具有较好的选择性,在抗菌药物研究领域具有研究价值.     

一个采用面向建立走线优化的定制三维1-fF MOM单位电容的电容型数模转换器

异步逐次比较模数转换器由于其高能效和中高性能在近年来得到了广泛的关注。其设计性能的主要瓶颈在于其单位电容的大小。本文提出了一种三维结构的金属-氧化层-金属电容,其单位电容大小仅为1 fF。该电容形似伞状,以此实现快速建立的性能需求。作者将该电容和目前国际顶尖的定制化三维电容结构进行了比较。为了验证该电容的有效性,作者设计了一个基于该电容的6位电容型数模转换器,基于TSMC 1P9M 65nm LP CMOS工艺。该数模转换器在100MS/s的工作速度下功耗为0.5mW,其中没有包含以可测性为目的的源级跟随器。静态性能测试结果显示该数模转换器的INL小于 /- 1LSB,DNL 小于 /- 0.5 LSB,从而证明了该电容的有效性。
