A simple method is presented to eliminate gray-tracking effects of KTP crystals using a strong focusing scheme. Experimental and theoretical studies on the gray-tracking effects are carried out. 报道了一台输出功率达50 W量级的采用808 nm高功率激光二极管双端抽运的Nd∶YVO4复合晶体基模固体激光振荡器。双端抽运结构和复合晶体的采用有效地降低了激光晶体中的热效应,可在晶体中获得更加均匀的热分布和增益分布。使用非对称平平腔动态稳定腔结构,使激光器的两个稳定区分离,并使其运行在稳定区I中,这样不仅可以进行高功率抽运,而且可以获得很低的失调灵敏度。对谐振腔腔长进行优化后,在抽运功率约104 W时获得了最高51.2 W的基模连续激光输出,基模光光转换效率达49.2%;通过在腔内插入声光调Q器件,获得了重复频率在50~600 kHz之间连续可调的脉冲激光输出。重复频率在100~600 kHz之间时,平均输出功率可基本稳定在49 W,脉冲宽度从18.2 ns增加到85 ns;重复频率50 kHz时,平均输出功率43.2 W,脉冲宽度13.5 ns,峰值功率为64 kW。 相似文献

A monolithic lens-window-prism(LWP) device, made of lithium fluoride(LiF) or magnesium fluoride(MgF_2),was proposed. When either of the devices was fixed onto one end of a gas cell filled with Xe, it becomes a"wedge-crystal"-like device and was used to convert a 1 MHz femtosecond 347 nm laser to its third harmonic radiation at 10.7 eV. This led to an improved beam profile and a more compact and less lossy configuration.A stable output power of ~11 μW was demonstrated for 2 h using LiF-LWP. 使用重复频率为400 Hz的Nd∶YAG单纵模主振荡器功率放大(MOPA)激光器作为光源,大口径锥度光纤作为受激布里渊散射(SBS)种子池产生SBS种子光,固体熔石英棒作为SBS放大池,对反向注入的SBS种子光在熔石英棒中呈现不同增益,也即不同抽运功率条件下的布里渊放大行为从功率、时间和空间三个大的方面进行了详细的实验研究,包括放大的SBS输出功率、注入SBS种子光放大倍率、总的SBS反射率、熔石英棒布里渊放大器提取效率以及脉冲宽度和光束质量随SBS种子注入功率的变化情况等。获得了最高输出15.5 W的放大SBS输出、70倍的SBS种子光放大倍率、大于50%的总反射率以及52%的能量提取效率;观察到脉冲展宽以及布里渊放大器中的增益导引两种现象。实验结果表明,在小信号SBS种子光和大信号SBS种子光注入情况下,熔石英棒布里渊放大器具有不同的放大特性。另外,在实验过程中还发现,SBS种子光和抽运光的空间重合程度以及熔石英棒中抽运功率密度的大小是影响SBS放大输出功率的两个重要方面。 相似文献
