The third-order susceptibility of InxGa1-xN/GaN quantum well (QW) has been investigated by taking into account the strain-induced piezoelectric (PZ) field, and the effective-mass Schrodinger equation is solved numerically. It is shown that the third-order susceptibility for third harmonic generation (THG) of InxGa1-xN/GaN QW is related to indium content in QW and the intensity of the PZ field. 模拟微波光传输链路中的相位检测技术研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
针对目前模拟微波光子信号在长距离传输中相位不稳的现象,提出了一种基于双载波矢量和原理的相位检测技术。文中对该技术的基本检测原理进行了详细推导;实验上以1GHz的射频信号为例,对其光路设计、实验进行了系统研究。实验结果显示,该相位检测系统可对1GHz信号实现精度优于3°的相位检测。基于该方案的相位检测系统由于分辨率高、结构简单、易于构建等优点可推广至毫米波频段,应用于光控相控阵、本振信号传输以及空间技术等多个领域的相位检测,进一步实现稳相传输。 相似文献
