构建培养本科生科研能力的实践教学体系探索

本文分析了我校目前已有的主要实践类课程对于本科生培养科研能力所起的不同作用,包括工程实践与科技创新、PRP项目以及科研类暑期实习等.针对不同实践课程提出了相应的改进措施,使得它们相互取长补短,共同促进培养本科生科研能力教学体系的构建.     

浅谈博士研究生在培养本科生创新能力的作用

高等学校是培养高素质创造性人才的基地, 也是知识创新的重要基地和国家创新体系的重要组成部分,其中本科教学创新性培养是基础.本文介绍了建立以学生为主,教师指引,博士研究生辅助培养创新型思维的新型教学模式以及以及博士研究生从中发挥作用的方式.     

无线传感器网络实验教学方法实践与探讨

本文根据"无线通信原理与移动网络"课程中无线传感器网络知识点的基础内容及目前应用特点,对课程实验教学的内容和方法进行实践和探讨。通过综合验证型实验、设计型实验及开放拓展型实验等实验方法使学生在理解无线传感器网络基本协议规范的基础上,增强了分析问题,解决问题的能力,提高了学生对无线传感器网络学习的热情和兴趣,为培养创新型人才打下基础。     

First-principles study on the effect of Hf content onmartensitic transformation temperatureof TiNiHf alloy

In this paper a first-principles study of the electronic structure and stability of B2 TiDFT TiNiHf 电子结构 马氏体转化温度 平面波DFT, TiNiHf, electronic structure, martensitic transformation temperatureProject supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant No 50471018).3/3/2006 12:00:00 AM6/7/2006 12:00:00 AMIn this paper a first-principles study of the electronic structure and stability of B2 Ti1-xNiHfx （x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6） and B19′ Ti1-xNiHfx（x = 0, 0.5） alloys is presented. The calculations are performed by the plane-wave pseudopotential method in the framework of the density functional theory with the generalized gradient approximation. This paper calculates the lattice parameters, density of states, charge density, and heats of formation. The results show that the electronic structure and stability of B2 Ti1-xNiHfx change gradually with Hf content. However, Hf content has little effect on the electronic structure and stability of B19′ Ti1-xNiHfx. The mechanism of the effect of Hf content on martensitic transformation temperature of TiNiHf alloys is studied from the electronic structure.     

The effect of Fe on the martensitic transformation of TaRu high-temperature shape memory alloys:A first-principles study

The effect of Fe on the martensitic transformation of TaRu high-temperature shape memory alloys has been investigated using first-principles calculations. The site preference of Fe in TaRu alloys has been clarified for the first time, and the results show that Fe is predicted to occupy Ru sites. The addition of Fe increases the stability of the Ta₅₀Ru_50-xFe_x β phase, leading to a significant decrease in the β to β′ martensitic transformation temperature. In addition, the mechanism of the Fe alloying effect is explained on the basis of the electronic structure.     

Combined experimental and theoretical study on the effect of Nb content on martensitic transformation of NbRu shape memory alloys

The effect of Nb content on the martensitic transformation of NbRu high-temperature shape memory alloys is investigated by experiments and first-principles calculations. We calculate the lattice parameters, density of states, charge density, and heats of formation of Nb_50+xRu_50-x β phase. The results show that an increase in Nb content increases the stability of Nb_50+xRu_50-x β phase, leading to a significant decrease of the β to β' martensitic transformation temperature. In addition, the mechanism of the effects of Nb content on phase stability and martensitic transformation temperature is studied on the basis of electronic structure.     

频移反向散射系统的窃听与欺骗攻击方法

频移反向散射系统（Frequency Shift Backscatter Systems）是一种新型低功耗通信系统,即将广泛应用于物联网应用。本文提出了一种基于探针信号对频移反向散射系统进行窃听和欺骗攻击的方法,展示现有系统安全漏洞。首先,发射探针信号并采集标签反射信号进行比对,获取标签对探针的频移量和调制方式,对标签上数据解调,完成窃听。其次,使用软件定义无线电（Software Defined Radio, SDR）采集时域信号,进行下变频处理后与自身做相关性计算,通过阈值筛选出激励信号中心频率。最后,构建错误数据的标签反射信号,同步发送激励信号,欺骗接收机收到合法数据。实验验证该方法在频移反向散射系统中的可行性,实验结果表明,该方法可以解码标签数据并成功向接收机发送虚假数据。      

“无线通信原理与移动网络”课程双教师授课模式探索

本文结合“无线通信原理与移动网络”课程特点,对“双教师授课”教学模式进行了探索.简要阐述了该教学模式形式灵活、内容丰富的优势,同时也指出了教师间沟通不畅等潜在问题.并在此基础上提出,教师间应当加强沟通合作.该授课模式可以在不造成教师负担过重的前提下提高整体教学质量,实现教师与学生的双赢.     

Effect of Co on magnetic property and phase stability of Ni--Mn--Ga ferromagnetic shape memory alloys: A first-principles study

The effect of Co content on magnetic property and phase stability of Ni50-xMn25Ga25Cox ferromagnetic shape memory alloys has been investigated using first-principles calculations. The total energy difference between paramagnetic and ferromagnetic state of austenite plays an important role in the magnetic transition. The high Curie temperature can be attributed to the stronger Co-Mn exchange interaction as compared to the Ni-Mn one. The phase stability of Ni50-xMn25Ga25Cox austenite increases with increasing Co content, which is discussed based on the electronic structure.     

面向物联网的“无线传感网”课程的教学改革

本文针对物联网技术发展的要求,探讨了"无线传感网"课程的教学改革。在理论教学方面,调整了原有课程的教学内容,引入物联网相关理论体系知识,以培养学生对物联网的学习兴趣;在原有基础性实验基础上,设计了实训项目来充实实验环节,提高学生的动手实践能力。
