当非均匀应变场作用在光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)上时,由于FBG周期和有效折射率在沿FBG长度方向都为变量,所以会导致光谱形状的变化。采用耦合模理论和龙格库塔的方法可以准确地分析非均匀应变场中的FBG光谱特性,其缺点是收敛速度慢;而传输矩阵法虽然可以大大提高收敛速度,但是由于忽略了非均匀应变场的变化梯度,在分析变化率较大的非均匀应变场时与龙格-库塔方法相比准确度较差,通过改进适用于分析非均匀应变场的FBG等效周期,既保留了传输矩阵分析FBG的快速收敛性,又保证了分析准确性。 相似文献

<正>A novel structure with high surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) activity and bio-specificity as a SERS-based immuno-sensor(named as Raman reporter-labeled immuno-Au aggregate) is demonstrated and employed for protein detection.In each fabrication process,the features of those aggregates are obtained and characterized by ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) extinction spectra,transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) pictures,and SERS spectra.Experimental results indicate that proper amounts of the reporter molecules can result in the moderate aggregation morphologies of gold nanoparticles.Compared with the previously reported method using Raman reporterlabeled immuno-Au nanoparticles,more sensitive SERS-based protein detection is realized with this novel immuno-sensor. 相似文献

A wide-band (1530-1610 nm) and high efficient double-pass discrete Raman amplifier is reported. In this Raman amplifier, by using a one-end gilded fiber as the broadband reflector, signals and multi-pump are both reflected to propagate through the gain fiber for a second time. An increase in net gain of more than 150% has been achieved compared with that in the typical co-pumped Raman amplifier. The advantages of this proposed new configuration have been experimentally studied by comparing with the recently existing Raman amplifier configurations. 相似文献

<正>A novel drug carrier based on SiO_2-coated silver nanoparticle aggregates and antitumor drug is successfully synthesized.The surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) spectra of the antitumor drug in living cells are obtained.By using silver nano-aggregates as SERS substrates instead of dispersed silver particles, a great improvement of SERS signal intensity is achieved.It is found that the chemical stability of the drug carrier can also be increased with the existence of SiO_2 shell.The adsorbing effect between antitumor drug 9-aminoacridine(9AA) and silver particles is investigated to optimize the SERS signal. The core/shell structure of the drug carrier is characterized by ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) pictures.The experimental results show that the drug carrier offers biocompatibility,stability,and high SERS activity,holding the potential for realizing the intracellular drug tracing. 相似文献
