电子束扫描LiNbO_3制备畴反转光栅

使用日产ＨＩＴＡＣＨＩＸ－６５０型扫描电镜实现了ＬｉＮｂＯ３晶体的周期性电畴反转，电子束扫描是在晶体的负畴面实现的．晶体表面上的扫描轨迹是断续的，晶体表面的畴反转宽度小于晶体内部的畴反转宽度。对不同的扫描速率和扫描电流得到了不同的畴反转宽度和深度。对畴反转的机理也进行了探讨。     

SPECTRA, ENERGY LEVELS AND UP-CONVERSION EFFECT OF ERBIUM IONS IN LiNbO3 CRYSTALS

The Optical properties and spectral data of erbium-doped Lithium Niobate crystals,including absorption spectrum, emission spectrum, luminescence lifetime and up-conversion effects are reported in this paper. The energy level scheme, Stark splitting under crystal field and up-conversion mechanism are discussed in detail. The possible applications of this material in waveguide optics and opto-electronics are also prospected.     

Tm∶BaY2F8的频率上转换发光

报道了掺铥的重金属 -过渡金属氟化物 Tm :Ba Y2 F8粉体的制备及其频率上转换发光 ,在6 50 nm的红光激发下 ,样品可产生频率丰富的上转换发射峰 ,其中包括波长为 4 17nm,4 30 nm的紫光发射峰以及波长为 4 58nm,4 70 nm的蓝光发射峰。得到了 Tm3 离子在 Ba Y2 F8中的能级图 ,解释了其上转换激发与发射的机理。
