In the present paper,we shall rigorously re-establish the result of the single-particle function of a quantum dot system at finite temperature.Unlike the proof given in our previous work(Phys.Rev.B 74 195414(2006)),we take a different approach,which does not exploit the explicit expression of the Gibbs distribution function.Instead,we only assume that the statistical distribution function of the quantum dot system is thermodynamically stable.As a result,we are able to show clearly that the electronic structure in the quantum dot system is completely determined by its thermodynamic stability.Furthermore,the weaker requirements on the statistical distribution function also make it possible to apply the same method to the quantum dot systems in non-equilibrium states.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the phase diagram of a frustrated spin ladder model by applying the bosonization technique and the density-matrix renormalization-group (DMRG) algorithm. Effect of the intra-chain next-nearest-neighbor (NNN) super-exchange interaction is investigated in detail and the order parameters are calculated to detect the emergence of the dimerized phases. We find that the intra-chain NNN interaction plays a key role in inducing dimerized phases.  相似文献

This paper studies a spin ladder model which possesses frustrating interactions.By using both the bosonization and the density matrix renormalization group techniques,it shows that the intermediate columnar dimerized phase,which exists in a narrow parameter region of the so-called J 1 J 2 model,vanishes if the interchain frustration is weak and anisotropic.Therefore,it concludes that the frustrating interaction indeed plays an important role in producing such a phase.As a complementary to our previous investigation,it reaches a more complete picture of the quantum phase transition in the frustrated spin ladder systems.  相似文献

基于 2005–2013 年 POLDER-3 多角度偏振观测资料, 通过最新开发的可以实现气溶胶光学特性及组分信息 同时反演的气溶胶组分卫星反演方法获得全球气溶胶综合产品, 并利用 AERONET (Aerosol Robotic Network) 全球站 点观测资料对反演获得的气溶胶光学辐射特性产品进行了综合评价分析, 讨论了气溶胶组分反演方法的适用性和 先进性。结果表明, 气溶胶组分反演方法应用于多角度偏振观测中, 不仅可以获得高精度的多个波段气溶胶光学厚 度 (AOD) 产品, 还可以获得多个波段吸收性气溶胶光学厚度 (AAOD) 以及不同波段组合下 (440/670 nm, 670/870 nm, 870/1020 nm, 440/1020 nm) Ångstrom ¨ 指数 (AE) 等气溶胶光学辐射特性产品, 并且这些气溶胶光学特性反演产品都具 有较小偏差, 表明气溶胶组分反演方法能够更好地对观测数据实现拟合, 获得更丰富更精确的气溶胶卫星反演产品, 为进一步优化算法并提供更加精确的卫星产品奠定基础。  相似文献

针对跨工况轴承剩余使用寿命(RUL)预测模型的决策边界不明显、特征可辨识性低的问题,该文提出一种正交约束的最大分类器差异方法(MCD_OC)。首先,将采集的轴承原始振动信号进行快速傅里叶变换,得到振动信号的频域信号作为模型的输入;然后,通过卷积神经网络(CNN)和门控循环神经网络(GRU)提取轴承信号的深层时空特征,利用最大分类器差异将源域和目标域特征对齐,并对目标域轴承深层特征进行正交约束,增大无标签目标域样本特征之间的可辨识性;最后,基于轴承寿命数据集开展了跨工况轴承寿命预测对比实验,对该文所提方法进行评估,并在多组实验中取得最优结果。  相似文献
