激光脉冲氙灯相对光谱分布的测试

前言氙灯或脉冲氙灯最早是用来模拟太阳光作为摄影照明使用,由于它谱线丰富,激发电位低,有较强的连续背景及较高的发射效率。自激光器问世以来,多采用这种灯作为光学泵浦。Maiman于1960年作成功的第一台红宝石激光器即采用FT-506脉冲氙灯进行抽运的。直到现在大部分固体激光器(半导体激光器除外)依然较普遍地用它作为泵浦源。激光器效率的提高,除合理地进行腔体设计,采用理想的激活材料,高光效的泵浦源,
