以碳糊电极(CPE)为基底,采用电聚合方法制备出聚溴甲酚绿修饰碳糊电极(PBG/CPE),运用循环伏安法(CV)对修饰电极进行表征,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对聚合膜的表面形貌进行观察分析。利用PBG/CPE研究了多巴胺(DA)的电化学行为,并对最佳实验条件进行了探讨。研究结果表明:DA在PBG/CPE上于0.32V和0.24V处分别出现一对可逆氧化还原峰,PBG/CPE对DA有显著的催化作用,该催化过程受吸附控制。DA催化氧化还原峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-5~2.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-6mol/L。 相似文献

Amorphous La-doped Al2O3 (La: Al2O3) thin films are deposited on n-type (100) Si substrates by rf magnetron co-sputterlng. The composition of the deposited films is measured by energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy: Capacitance-voltage measurement shows that the dielectric constant k of La-doped Al2O3 films ranges from 8.5 to 11.6 with the increasing La content, and the highest k value of 11.6 is obtained for the 20.14% La content film. In the structure of the Al/La:Al2O3/Si metal oxide semiconductor, the dominant conduction stems from the space- charge-limited current at different temperatures. In addition, the wavelength dependence of the transmittance is studied by ultraviolet spectroscopy and the band gap of all the deposited films is above 5.5eV. The results demonstrate that La-doped Al2O3 can meet the requirement of next-generation gate materials. 相似文献

Three-dimensional SiO2 photonic crystals (PhCs) are fabricated on quartz substrates by the vertical deposition method. Scanning electron microscopy measurement reveals that the samples exhibit an ordered close-packed arrangement of SiO2 spheres. It is found that the position of the [111] photonie band gap (PBG) shifts to a long wavelength (red shift) with increasing sphere size. Gap broadening effects are observed due to the presence of defects in the samples. Moreover, the optical properties of the PBG are very sensitive to the annealing temperature. Our results indicate that the optical properties of the PBG can be easily tuned in the visible region by appropriate experimental parameters, which will be useful for practical applications of PhC optical devices. 相似文献

为解决非正交多址接入(NOMA)技术在毫米波Massive MIMO系统中用户的分组受限于基站波束宽度的问题,提出了一种能够产生指向多个方向的波束的波束赋形方案.基于该多波束波束赋形方案,建立了多小区多用户场景下的用户资源分配的数学模型.为降低计算的复杂性,采用两阶段的资源分配算法.在第一阶段中,在给定的功率分配条件下将模型转化为联盟博弈中联盟的生成问题,并提出一种通过迭代确定用户分组和天线单元分配的算法;在第二阶段中,通过将非凸的数学优化问题转化为DC规划问题,提出用户功率分配的算法.仿真结果表明,本文所提多波束波束赋形方案能够有效产生指向多个方向的波束,且所提资源分配算法能够有效提高系统的性能. 相似文献

ZnO nanospheres are synthesized by a two-step self-assembly method. X-ray diffraction pattern and Raman scattering spectra measurements show that all the samples present a typical wurtzite structure. A regular sphere shape is inspected by field emission scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope for the samples. It is shown that the as-synthesized ZnO nanosphere is composed of numbers of primary particles with size of around 1Ohm. A possible growth mechanism for the two-step self-assembly ZnO nanosphere is proposed. After applying the ZnO nanospheres to dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), a 117% increase of the overall light to electricity conversion efficiency η is observed compared with that of the ZnO nanopartieles based DSSCs. Associated with the UV-vis results, light scattering is assigned to the great improvement of η. 相似文献
