随着自动化技术的迅速发展，现代的透射电子显微镜技术也步入了自动化或数字化时代。除了成像部分，真空系统等提高了电路的集成度以外，机械运动部分的自动化程度也大幅度提高。但是，目前在国内尚有一批20世纪末期以前的电镜产品，还处于手动或半自动化状态，且仍在发挥着重要作用。如JEM-100CX、JEM-200FX、HT-800等。我们针对     

Self-assembly of Carboxyl Functionalized Polystyrene Nanospheres into Close-packed Monolayers via Chemical Adsorption

The polyacrylic acid functionalized polystyrene nanospheres were synthesized and self-assembled into irregular, densely packed monolayers in non-aqueous media. The polymer nanoparticles were chemically adhered to substrates. The morphologies of the resulting films were investigated. The impact of the volume fraction of alcohol in the mixed solvents on the particle adsorption and fabrication of nanosphere assembled films was examined.     

异步电动机缺相及定子电压不对称的保护

三相异步电动机由于缺相损坏的比例在工业企业中的所占约８０％以上，而三相电压严重不平衡造成断相、严重过热而损坏的电机也占相当比例，本文初步探讨了负序电压系数与零序电压的关系，并介绍了缺相与定子电压不对称的保护方案。     

O～3岁儿童微量元素检测及纠正150例观察与体会

对西安地区150例0～3岁儿童进行了六种微量元素：钙、锌、铜、铁、镁、硒的检测，发现微量元素缺乏可导致急慢性感染、免疫力低下、小儿营养不良、贫血、发育迟缓等症状。并对小儿营养不良、喂养不当进行矫正。其中铁、钙、锌同时缺乏占50％。     

淫羊藿根与叶活性成分的分析和比较

采用细胞膜色谱法（ＣＭＣ）筛选，并结合离体药理实验确定主要活性成分，利用高效液相色谱法分析比较了淫羊藿根与叶中的活性成分及其差异性．色谱条件为Ｋｒｏｍａｓｉｌ ＯＤＳ 柱（１５０ ｍｍ× ４．６ ｍｍ．Ｉ．Ｄ ）流动相甲醇－水（７０：３０，Ｖ：Ｖ）；检测波长２７０ｎｍ。筛选发现淫羊藿根中的两个有效成分ＹＹＨ－２１４和ＹＹＨ－２１６对血管有较强的舒张作用，表明活性成分在ＣＭＣ模型体系中的保留特性与药理作用之间存在良好的相关性。在此色谱条件下淫羊藿叶未检测到这两种活性成分．     

FTIR-ATR技术研究聚氨酯类文物保护材料的光降解

Polyurethanes are one kind of relic protection materials commonly used. During artificial photo-ageing, three polyurethanes, HDI-based polyurethane, MDI-based polyurethane and TDI-based polyurethane, have been considered to undergo UV radiation. Photochemical degradation of the polyurethanes has been monitored by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy with attenuated total reflection accessory （FTIR-ATR）. It was proved that the mechanism of the photochemical degradation of polyurethanes might be the scissions of carbamate （urethane） groups and the re-reactions of radical groups formed in the scission reactions. From the experiment results HDI-based polyurethane, an aliphatic diisocyanate, could be considered to be more suitably used as relic protection materials among these three polyurethanes for its ageing products with less color.     

GaAs衬底上β-Ga2O3纳米点阵薄膜的MOCVD制备

将热氧化与MOCVD工艺相结合,总结了一种在本征GaAs衬底上进行β-Ga₂O₃纳米点阵薄膜制备的工艺,该工艺不涉及金属催化剂与复杂刻蚀,工艺更为简单。使用扫描电子显微镜对所制备薄膜的形貌特征进行了表征与分析,发现所制备的纳米点阵薄膜呈现五方的柱状结构。对所制备样品进行了X射线衍射、拉曼振动、光致发光谱的测试,结果表明薄膜的晶体质量随着MOCVD生长温度与Ⅵ/Ⅲ比的提高而得到优化。使用有限元法（FEM）仿真验证了β-Ga₂O₃纳米点阵薄膜制备的高陷光特点。     

氧弹燃烧灰化法测定有机物中磷

用氧弹燃烧法灰化有机物进行元素测定，操作简便，快速，无污染，该方法用于有机物中磷的分析，结果可靠。     

Analysis and Protection of One Thousand Hand Buddha in Dazu Stone Sculptures

The components of the rock, the pigments, the gold foils and the adhesive of One Thousand Hand Buddha in Dazu stone sculptures, Chongqing, China, have been analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), infrared spectroscopy (IR), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and fiber optics reflectance spectroscopy (FORS). Furthermore, the weathering and degeneration of One Thousand Hand Buddha have been discussed and the protective methods have been provided. In this work some useful information to study on conservation of stone relics is given.     

基于光照度检测的LED智能调节系统设计

目前市场上存在的成品高精度LED亮度自动控制器的种类很少,亮度调节的实时、自动性不太理想。为了细化亮度控制功能,采用嵌入式系统实现了目标检测、亮度检测与亮度调节的结合,提高了实用性,使其自动化。
