The boxes contained kiwifruits were irradiated with cobalt-60 γ-rays at different dosages (0.6 , 1.8 and 3.6 KGy) and stored in a room ventilated at night, the natural ambient air being used as cool source.The results showed that the treatment which fruits irradiated with 0.6 KGy was the best after 85 days. It gave the normal-fruit rate of 95.10%, fruit flesh hardness of 4.10 Kg · cm-2, fresh and plump fruits, good quality and less Vc loss.  相似文献

本文探索了合成白藜芦醇的新方法。以3,5-二甲氧基苯胺为原料,经重氮化、还原及乙酰化得到中间体N′-乙酰基-3,5-二甲氧基苯肼(4),中间体4与4-甲氧基苯乙烯经Mizoroki-Heck偶联反应得中间体5,脱去甲基即得到目标产物白藜芦醇,总收率约31.9%。中间体及目标产物的结构均经质谱及核磁氢谱确证。该路线操作简便、条件温和,可用于白藜芦醇的放大制备。  相似文献

Cyadox (CYX), 2‐formylquinoxaline‐1,4‐dioxide cyanoacetylhydrazone, is an antimicrobial and growth‐promoting feed additive for food‐producing animals. To reveal biotransformation of CYX in swine intestine, CYX was incubated with swine intestinal microsomes and mucosa in the presence of an NADPH‐generating system and swine ileal flora and colonic flora, respectively. The metabolites of CYX were identified using high‐performance liquid chromatography combined with ion trap/time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (LC/MS‐ITTOF). Structural elucidation of the metabolites was precisely performed by comparing their changes in molecular mass, full scan MS/MS spectra and accurate mass measurements with those of the parent drug. Finally, seven metabolites were identified as follows: three reduced metabolites (cyadox 1‐monoxide (Cy1), cyadox 4‐monoxide (Cy2) and bisdesoxycyadox (Cy4)); hydroxylation metabolite (3‐hydroxylcyadox 1‐monoxide (Cy3)); hydrolysis metabolite of the amide bond (N‐decyanoacetyl cyadox (Cy5)); a hydrogenation metabolite (11,12‐dihydro‐bisdesoxycyadox (Cy6)) and a side‐chain cleavage metabolite (2‐hydromethylquinoxaline (Cy7)). Only one metabolite (Cy1) was found in intestinal microsomes. Cy1, Cy2 and Cy4 were detected in intestinal mucosa, ileal and colonic flora. In addition, Cy3 and Cy5 were only obtained from ileal flora, and Cy6 and Cy7 alone were observed in colonic bacteria. The results indicated that N → O group reduction was the main metabolic pathway of CYX metabolism in swine ileal flora, intestinal microsomes and mucosa. New metabolic profiles of hydrogenation and cleavage on the side chain were found in colonic bacteria. Among the identified metabolites, two new metabolites (Cy6, Cy7) were detected for the first time. These studies will contribute to clarify comprehensively the metabolism of CYX in animals, and provide evidence to explain the pharmacology and toxicology effects of CYX in animals. A sensitive liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of 11 β‐agonists (clenbuterol, salbutamol, ractopamine, terbutaline, fenoterol, cimaterol, isoxsuprine, mabuterol, mapenterol, clenproperol, and tulobuterol) in swine feed. This rapid, simple, and effective extraction method was based on matrix solid‐phase dispersion. The limit of quantification of clenbuterol, cimaterol, mabuterol, salbutamol, terbutaline, mapenterol, clenproperol, and tulobuterol was 1 μg/kg and that of ractopamine, fenoterol, and isoxsuprine was 2 μg/kg. The recoveries of β‐agonists spiked in swine feeds at a concentration range of 1–8 μg/kg were >83.1% with relative standard deviations <9.3%. This rapid and reliable method can be used to efficiently separate, characterize, and quantify the residues of 11 β‐agonists in swine feeds with advantages of simple pretreatment and environmental friendliness.  相似文献

在不同进口导叶预旋角度下,采用非定常的方法对进口导叶/叶轮/扩压器三部件之间非定常相干进行了数值与实验研究,探讨了三部件之间动静相干的机理.结果表明,在进口导叶/叶轮/扩压器三部件相干时,最大的脉动压力出现在叶轮和扩压器之间的动静交界面上.当进口导叶预旋角度存在时,叶轮与扩压器之间无叶区内的非定常流动以叶轮叶片通过频率和1/2叶片通过频率为基频;而当扩压器进口安装角增大时,径向间隙内的流动则主要以1/2叶片通过频率为基频.在不同的配置下,湍流强度和非定常度均有朝向轮盘增加的趋势.在进口导叶正预旋60°同扩压器进口安装角为17°时的配置有增大湍流强度和非定常度的趋势.  相似文献

This study focused on the microbial desulfurization of ground tire rubber (GTR) by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, which selected from the soil of an iron mine had strong sulphur oxidizing capacity. GTR was desulfurizated in the modified Silverman medium during the cultivation of T. ferrooxidans for 30 days, and T. ferrooxidans was able to maintain a high biomass. The continuous increase of SO42− in the medium indicated that the sulfur on the surface of GTR was oxidized. FTIR-ATR and XPS spectra revealed that a rupture of conjugated CC bonds and a reduction of sulfur content on the surface of GTR had occurred during desulfurization. The sol fraction of GTR increased from its original 4.69%-7.43%. Compared with GTR sheet, desulfurizated GTR (DGTR) sheets had much smoother surfaces, better physical properties, and higher swelling values. NR vulcanizates filled with DGTR (with 10-40 phr loading) had lower crosslink density and better mechanical properties than those filled with GTR at the same loading. The results determined by DMA suggested that NR vulcanizates filled with DGTR had a reduction of molecular chain friction resistance during glass transition and SEM photograph indicated a better interface coherence between DGTR and NR matrix.  相似文献

Simple and sensitive methods have been developed for simultaneous detection of cyromazine, melamine and their metabolites (ammeline, ammelide and cyanuric acid) in samples of animal origins. These include a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method and a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method and are useful in regular monitoring and in toxicity studies of these molecules. Representative samples used in this study include muscles and livers of swine, bovine, sheep and chicken, kidneys of swine, bovine and sheep, and milk powder. A new sample preparation procedure with pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) at 1400psi and 70°C was investigated. Quantification of these five compounds by HPLC was achieved using an APS-2 column with UV detection at 230 nm. Limit of detection (LOD) was at 10 μgkg(-1), and limit of quantification (LOQ) was at 40 μgkg(-1). Recoveries of the five analytes in spiked samples ranged from 72.2% to 115.4% with RSD less than 12%. Confirmatory analysis of the analytes was performed using LC-MS/MS in selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode. The LOD and LOQ were 5 μgkg(-1) and 15 μgkg(-1), respectively. This is the first simultaneous analysis of cyromazine, melamine, ammeline, ammelide and cyanuric acid residues in complex tissue samples using PLE and HPLC. It is expected that these methods will find many practical applications in evaluating the safety of cyromazine, melamine and their metabolites.  相似文献

An effective single-longitudinal mode (SLM) pulse TEA CO2 laser operation was demonstrated using a Michelson’s type resonator with a tilting Fabry-Perot etalon. A modified numerical model of the interference resonator was investigated for designing the laser. The experimentally measured values were found to have good agreement with the numerical model. A pulse width of about 90 ns and the maximum pulse energy of about 300 mJ were achieved at 10.59 μm in SLM and TEM00 mode. The reliability of producing SLM pulses was 100% and there was no damage on the etalon. By turning the interference resonator, the SLM output was tuned 44 lines of the CO2 spectrum.  相似文献
