Yb3+掺杂KY(WO4)2激光晶体生长、结构与光谱分析

采用顶部籽晶提拉法(TSSG)生长出Yb:KY(WO₄)₂(Yb:KYW)激光晶体.对预烧后的原料及晶体进行了XRD分析，结果表明，分别在920℃和600℃预烧8h后的熔质和助熔剂基本上形成一相，抑止了实验中的挥发问题；所生长的晶体为β-Yb:KYW，计算其晶格常数为a=1.063nm，b=1.034nm，c=0.755nm，β=130.75°.测得不同厚度样品的吸收光谱，结果表明样品在933nm和981nm有较强的吸收峰，计算出主峰981nm的吸收截面σ关键词： Yb:KYW TSSG法 晶体结构 光谱参数     

Resolution of Secondary α-Ketoalcohols Catalyzed by Lipase and Inversion of Stereochemistry

Several α-ketoalcohols of synthetic value were resolved using lipase as a catalyst. Lipoprotein lipase (LPL) provided the best rate of hydrolysis and kinetic differentiation. One of these optically pure α-ketoalcohol was converted to (5)-ibuprofen in good optical purity. The stereospecific inversion of (R)-alcohol to (S)-alcohol is described.     

Vibsanin O, a novel diterpenoid from Viburnum awabuki

Vibsanin O, isolated from the leaves and twigs of Viburnum awabuki, is an unprecedented bicyclic diterpenoid. The structures of vibsanin O was established by extensive analysis of spectroscopic data.     

C-V法提取SiC隐埋沟道MOSFET沟道载流子浓度

本文对用C-V法提取SiC隐埋沟道MOSFET沟道载流子浓度的方法进行了理论和实验分析. pn结的存在所造成的埋沟MOS结构C-V曲线的畸变为沟道载流子浓度的提取带来一些问题. SiC/SiO₂界面上界面态的存在也会使提取出的数值与实际数值产生偏差. 本文首先从理论上分别分析了沟道深度和界面态对沟道载流子浓度提取结果的影响，然后对两种沟道深度的埋沟MOS结构C-V曲线进行了测试，提取出了沟道掺杂浓度. 在测试中，采用不同的扫描速率，分析了界面态对提取结果的影响. 理论分析结果和实验测 关键词： C-V法 SiC 隐埋沟道MOSFET 沟道载流子浓度     

Cytotoxic Constituents from the Stem Bark of Zanthoxylum Pistaciiflorum

Two new esters, methyl 4‐(prenyloxy)dihydrocinnamate and methyl 4‐(geranyloxy)dihydrocinnamate, together with fourteen known compounds have been isolated from the stem bark of Zanthoxylum pistaciiflorum. The structures of two new compounds were determined through spectral analyses. Among the isolates, four compounds exhibited effective cytotoxicities against P‐388 and HT‐29 cell lines in vitro.     

Novel determination of the dimerization mechanism for thermal polymerization of α-methylstyrene

This study discussed the phenomena on thermal polymerization of α-methylstyrene (AMS). A curve scanned by temperature-programmed technique was performed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Heat of polymerization (ΔH) and onset temperature of exothermic (T₀) behavior were determined to be 280±10 J g^-1 and about 138±1°C, respectively. A dimer formation mechanism was proposed for initiation of the propagating chain. Spectroscopic identification of dimer structure was conducted by infrared (IR) spectroscopy in the wavenumber from 650 to 1100 cm^-1associated with molecular fingerprint characteristics. The mechanism of thermal polymerization on α-methylstyrene proposed in this study was similar to that of styrene suggested by Mayo.     

Sequence-Specific Spin Labeling of Oligothymidylates by Phosphotriester Chemistry

Oligothymidylates (oligo(dT)'s) with the sequence-specifically-incorporated one-atom-tethered C(5)-nitio-xide-labeled nucleoside 1 were synthesized by the phosphotriester method. Some modifications of the protocol were required to account for the chemical reactivity of the nitroxide, the stability of which was monitored during the synthesis by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. The EPR specific activity (A_EPR) of the FPLC-purified nitroxide-labeled oligomers was determined and found to be in agreement with enzymatically prepared spin-labeled nucleic acids. Annealing the nitroxide-labeled oligo(dT)'s to (dA)_n or oligo(dA) resulted in different EPR-lineshape changes suggesting a strong coupling of the short-tethered nitroxide to global macro-molecular motion.

合成了二茂铁甲耽墓异硫氛酸始，并可与各种胺类(取代苯胺类，a-茶胺，低分于1的脂肪按，六红毗咬)反应，合成了未见报道的21种含二茂铁甲耽基的硫膝衍生物.本法简便，产物易分离提纯，产率高.二茂铁甲耽基异硫氛酸脂也可在低温(一5一0℃)下与强城性的脂肪胺在水溶液中石应.产物为经牙资夺娇_红夕卜产.讲_牙定磁共版讲确宁了里去构.
