In the present research, field-amplified sample injection–CZE (FASI–CZE) coupled with a diode array detector was established to determine trace level sulfa antibiotic. Sulfathiazole, sulfadiazine, sulfamethazine, sulfadimethoxine, sulfamethoxazole, and sulfisoxazole were selected as analytes for the experiments. The background electrolyte solution consisted of 70.0 mmol/L borax and 60.0 mmol/L boric acid (including 10% methanol, pH 9.1). The plug was 2.5 mmol/L borax, which was injected into the capillary at a pressure of 0.5 psi for 5 s. Then the sample was injected into the capillary at an injection voltage of –10 kV for 20 s. The electrophoretic separation was carried out under a voltage of +19 kV. The capillary temperature was maintained at 20˚C throughout the analysis, and six sulfonamides were completely separated within 35 min. Compared with pressure injection-CZE, the sensitivity of FASI-CZE was increased by 6.25–10.0 times, and the LODs were reduced from 0.2–0.5 to 0.02–0.05 μg/mL. The method was applied to the determination of sulfonamides in river water and particulate matter samples. The recoveries were 78.59–106.59%. The intraday and interday precisions were 2.89–7.35% and 2.77–7.09%, respectively. This provides a simpler and faster method for the analysis of sulfa antibiotic residues in environmental samples. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the exponential stability analysis for a class of cellular neural networks with both interval time-varying delays and general activation functions. The boundedness assumption of the activation function is not required. The limitation on the derivative of time delay being less than one is relaxed and the lower bound of time-varying delay is not restricted to be zero. A new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional involving more information on the state variables is established to derive a novel exponential stability criterion. The obtained condition shows potential advantages over the existing ones since no useful item is ignored throughout the estimate of upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional. Forest product trade plays an important role in the development of the Chinese forest industry. The trading value of forest product has shown a yearly growth rate of 12% during the last five recent years. Stringent environmental regulations in China have a profound impact on raw material supplies and industrial production in the forest sector; however, their impact on the forest product trade is still unclear. This study applies fixed and random effects models as well as a seemingly unrelated regression model to investigate the impact of environmental regulations on the trade of forest product from 2002 to 2015. The results indicate that the stringent environmental regulations promoted the import but restricted the export of forest product in general. Specifically, the stringent environmental regulations stimulated the import but had an ambiguous impact on the export of the paper product. The stringent environmental regulations had also stimulated the import of wood product but inhibited the export. In contrast, wooden furniture had been affected minimally; only export got slightly negatively affected by environmental regulations. Recommendations for resource managers:
- Trade‐offs between economic growth and environmental regulations are needed to smoothly promote the forest product trade in China.
- Paper and wooden furniture product sectors are less likely to be affected by stringent environmental regulations, because high value‐added products could compensate for environmental costs.
- The wood product sector is more likely to be negatively affected by stringent environmental regulations because environmental costs could severely impact the competitiveness of low value‐added products.

The concentration effect on a two‐dimensional (2D) self‐assembly of 4, 4′‐dihexadecyloxy‐benzophenon (DHB) has been investigated by scanning tunneling microscopy. The self‐assembly of DHB at the phenyloctane/graphite interface was concentration dependent. Under low concentration, the DHB molecules were adsorbed intactly on the graphite surface. With the increasing of concentration, one of side chains connecting the conjugated moiety stretched into the liquid phase. The coexistence of two self‐assembled structures was observed in a moderate concentration. The result indicated that the van der Waals interactions between the molecules and the graphite lattice were decreasing with the increasing concentration. After the samples were placed in ambient conditions over 24 h, a different self‐assembled structure was obtained on the gas/solid interface, in which the DHB molecules were adsorbed on the surface with only one of the side chains. Both the benzophenon core and the other side chain were extended to the gas phase. The results demonstrated that concentration played an important role in forming the 2D molecular self‐assembly and provided an efficient approach for the control of the DHB molecular nanostructure. Assisted by graphene oxide(GO),nano-sized LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4 with excellent electrochemical performance was prepared by a facile hydrothermal method as cathode material for lithium ion battery.SEM and TEM images indicate that the particle size of LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4(S2)was about 80 nm in diameter.The discharge capacity of LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4 nanoparticles was 140.3 mAh-g^1 in the first cycle.It showed that graphene oxide was able to restrict the growth of LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4 and it in situ reduction of GO could improve the electrical conductivity of LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4 material. 相似文献

肝靶向磁共振对比剂有助于肝细胞癌的早期诊断, 目前临床使用的线性对比剂存在导致病人肾源性系统性纤维化和钆离子沉积的风险. 本工作设计制备了一类含有乙氧芳基或甲氧苯基亲脂性基团、以DOTA-酰肼(DOTA: 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecan-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid)为Gd3+离子螯合基团的大环类磁共振对比剂. 0.5 T磁场下测得其纵向弛豫率r1值介于3.7~5.4 L•mmol-1•s-1, 优于临床使用对比剂Gd-DOTA, 弛豫率最高的为对比剂7h (Gd-DOTAH-EOPEI) (EOPEI: 1-(4-ethoxyphenyl)ethanimine), 略高于临床使用肝靶向对比剂Gd-EOB-DTPA (EOB: ethoxybenzyl; DTPA: diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid), 比我们前期制得的肝靶向磁共振对比剂5d提高了约15%. 动物活体体内肝靶向磁共振成像研究显示, 所制备对比剂7b、7g和7h具有作为肝靶向磁共振对比剂的应用潜力. 结合弛豫率和活体体内成像数据, 筛选出了先导化合物7h. 相似文献
