Zhejiang Ophiopogon japonicus (ZOJ) is a specific variety of Ophiopogon japonicus with characteristic steroidal saponins and homoisoflavonoids, which are also main pharmacodynamic constituents with clinical effects, including curing inflammation and cardiovascular diseases. However, few analysis methods were applied to simultaneously and quantitatively determine two kinds of its constituents, and hazardous organic solvents are mostly used for extraction. In this study, a new validated simultaneous extraction and determination method for four characteristic steroidal saponins and homoisoflavonoids in ZOJ was established by ionic liquid–ultrasonic extraction (IL-UAE) combined with HPLC-DAD-ELSD analysis, which can be used for the quality control of ZOJ. Chromatographic separation was performed with a DAD wavelength at 296 nm, and the ELSD parameters of the drift tube temperature (DTT), atomizer temperature (AT), and nitrogen gas pressure (NGP) were set at 20% heating power, 70 °C, and 25 psi, respectively. The optimal IL-UAE conditions were 1 mol/L [Bmim]CF3SO3 aqueous solution, a liquid–material ratio of 40 mL/g, and an ultrasonic time of 60 min. The proposed method is reliable, reproducible, and accurate, which were verified with real sample assays. Consequently, this work will be helpful for the quality control of ZOJ. It can also present a promising reference for the simultaneous extraction and determination of different kinds of constituents in other medicinal plants.  相似文献

A polystyrene-supported phosphine oxide-catalysed Beckmann rearrangement of ketoximes in 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol (HFIP) has been developed. LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 was prepared by a modified sol–gel method, selecting ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and citric acid as the co-chelating agent. The mole ratios of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) to metal ion (Mn+) were 0:1, 1:1 and 2:1. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD, BET and SEM. The XRD showed that LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 had good crystallinity and well-ordered layered structure. After calcined at 850 °C, the LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 particles exhibited a three-dimensional space network structure, which was greatly correlated with the ratio of EDTA to metal ion. The LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 obtained from a mole ratio of 1:1 (EDTA:Mn+) had the best electrochemical performance. The reversible capacities were reached 168 and 100 mAh/g at 1C and 10C discharge rate, respectively. The result of the cycling performance showed a high capacity maintenance ratio of 89.3 % at 1C and 25 °C after 50 cycles. The further electrochemical performance was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Persistent luminescence nanoparticles (PLNPs) hold great promise for the detection and imaging of biomolecules. Herein, we have demonstrated a novel nanoprobe, based on the manganese dioxide (MnO2)‐modified PLNPs, that can detect and image glutathione in living cells and in vivo. The persistent luminescence of the PLNPs can be efficiently quenched by the MnO2 nanosheets. In the presence of glutathione (GSH), MnO2 was reduced to Mn2+ and the luminescence of PLNPs can be restored. The persistent luminescence property can allow detection and imaging without external excitation and avoid the background noise originating from the in situ excitation. This strategy can offer a promising platform for detection and imaging of reactive species in living cells or in vivo.  相似文献

Triplet energy transfer from inorganic nanocrystals to molecular acceptors has attracted strong attention for high‐efficiency photon upconversion. Here we study this problem using CsPbBr3 and CdSe nanocrystals as triplet donors and carboxylated anthracene isomers as acceptors. We find that the position of the carboxyl anchoring group on the molecule dictates the donor‐acceptor coupling to be either through‐bond or through‐space, while the relative strength of the two coupling pathways is controlled by the wavefunction leakage of nanocrystals that can be quantitatively tuned by nanocrystal sizes or shell thicknesses. By simultaneously engineering molecular geometry and nanocrystal wavefunction, energy transfer and photon upconversion efficiencies of a nanocrystal/molecule system can be improved by orders of magnitude.  相似文献

Poly[N‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐N,N‐dibutylamine hydrochloride] trithiocarbonate, which contains the reactive trithiocarbonate group and the appending surface‐active groups, is used as both surfactant and macromolecular reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (macro‐RAFT) agent in batch emulsion polymerization of styrene. Under the conditions at high monomer content of ~20 wt % and with the molecular weight of the macro‐RAFT agent ranging from 4.0 to 15.0 kg/mol, well‐controlled batch emulsion RAFT polymerization initiated by the hydrophilic 2‐2′‐azobis(2‐methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride is achieved. The polymerization leads to formation of nano‐sized colloids of the poly[N‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐N,N‐dibutylamine hydrochloride]‐b‐ polystyrene‐b‐poly[N‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐N,N‐dibutylamine hydrochloride] triblock copolymer. The colloids generally have core‐shell structure, in which the hydrophilic block forms the shell and the hydrophobic block forms the core. The molecular weight of the triblock copolymer linearly increases with increase in the monomer conversion, and the values are well‐consistent with the theoretical ones. 带二次修正项的Dirac方程在拓扑绝缘体、石墨烯、超导等新材料电磁光特性分析中有着十分广泛的应用.本文工作的创新点有:一是首次提出了矩阵形式带有二次修正项的Dirac方程,它是比较一般的数学框架,涵盖了上述材料体系很多重要的物理模型,具体见附录A;二是针对上述材料体系的电磁响应问题,提出了有界区域Weyl规范下具有周期间断系数矩阵形式带二次修正项Maxwell-Dirac系统的多尺度渐近方法,结合Crank-Nicolson有限差分方法和自适应棱单元方法,发展了一类多尺度算法.数值试验结果验证了多尺度渐近方法的正确性和算法的有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose and numerically investigate a superconvergent cluster recovery (SCR) method for the Crouzeix-Raviart (CR) element. The proposed recovery method reconstructs a $C^0$ linear gradient. A linear polynomial approximation is obtained by a least square fitting to the CR element approximation at certain sample points, and then taken derivatives to obtain the recovered gradient. The SCR recovery operator is superconvergent on uniform mesh of four patterns. Numerical examples show that SCR can produce a superconvergent gradient approximation for the CR element, and provide an asymptotically exact error estimator in the adaptive CR finite element method.  相似文献
