Specific ion effects on the water solubility of macromolecules: PNIPAM and the Hofmeister series

Aqueous processes ranging from protein folding and enzyme turnover to colloidal ordering and macromolecular precipitation are sensitive to the nature and concentration of the ions present in solution. Herein, the effect of a series of sodium salts on the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide), PNIPAM, was investigated with a temperature gradient microfluidic device under a dark-field microscope. While the ability of a particular anion to lower the LCST generally followed the Hofmeister series, analysis of solvent isotope effects and of the changes in LCST with ion concentration and identity showed multiple mechanisms were at work. In solutions containing sufficient concentrations of strongly hydrated anions, the phase transition of PNIPAM was directly correlated with the hydration entropy of the anion. On the other hand, weakly hydrated anions were salted-out through surface tension effects and displayed improved hydration by direct ion binding.

本文研究了N,N二甲庚基乙酰胺(N_(s03))从氯化物体系中萃取钯的机理。应用等摩尔系列法和斜率法确定萃合物组成为:(CH_3CONR_2H)_2PdCl_4。通过紫外-可见光谱法研究,证实N_(503)萃取钯的机理属阴离子交换反应,其萃取方程式为: 2CH_3CONR_2HCl_((o)) PdCl_4~(2-)(a)?(CH_3CONR_2H)_2PdCl_4(o) 2Cl~-(a)     

Determined GA by FI‐CE in Luminol‐H2O2 System

It was found that the chemiluminescence arising from the reaction of luminol with H₂O₂ involving Co(II)‐catalyzed in alkaline solution could be strongly inhibited by gibberellic acid. Based on this observation, a new flow injection chemiluminescence method is proposed for the determination of gibberellic acid. The detection limits of the method are 0.09 ng mL^?1 gibberellic acid. The method was successfully applied to the determination of gibberellic acid in bacteria‐free culture liquid.     

三肽N-o-Ns-Gly-N-Me-D-Phe-L-Pro-OMe的合成

以L-脯氨酸、D-苯丙氨酸和甘氨酸为原料,经酯化、Boc保护、N-甲基化、偶合、酯化、邻硝基苯磺酰基保护、水解、酰化、脱Boc保护、偶合等十步反应,合成了三肽N-o-Ns-Gly-N-Me-D-Phe-L-Pro-OMe,总收率为22·3%(以L-脯氨酸计)。     

阿斯巴甜合成工艺研究

探讨了以天冬氨酸和苯丙氨酸为原料制备甜味剂阿斯巴甜的合成工艺。首先对合成的各步反应进行了研究,然后考察了前三步反应每步之间连接的可能性,最后实现了中和之前各步反应的一锅化。一锅化的总收率达到63.6%左右,并且α－异构体与β－异构体的比率达到95.4：4.6。     

Average widths of anisotropic Besov-Wiener classes

This paper concerns the problem of average σ-K width and average σ-L width of some anisotropic Besov-Wiener classes Srp q θb(Rd) and Srp q θB(Rd) in Lq(Rd) (1≤q≤p＜∞). The weak asymptotic behavior is established for the corresponding quantities.     

络合滴定法测定低压流体输送用镀锌焊接钢管镀锌层重量

介绍了利用络合滴定法测定低压流体输送用镀锌焊风管镀锌层重量的方法，试样用稀硫酸溶解，在ＰＨ１．５￣２．０的弱酸性介质中，以磺基水杨酸钠为指标剂，用ＥＤＴＡ滴定铁，调ＰＨ为５．５，以ＰＡＮ为指示剂，用ＥＤＴＡ滴定锌，由ＥＤＴＡ用量求出锌的重量，用ＧＢ／Ｔ３０９１－９３方法比较，试验结果满意。
