Human prostate specific antigen (hPSA) RIA was developed with hPSA and anti-PSA prepared in our laboratory. Its standard curve was linear with a sensitivity of 0.5 g/L. Serum PSA levels of 130 normal males ranged from 0 to 3.5 g/L (1.15±0.93 g/L), which are consistent with the results of other conventional RIA. The recovery, intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation conform to the demands of RIA, and the results of 41 samples obtained by both the PSA RIA and PSA RIA of DPC were well correlated (=0.990). PSA level of 23 patients with prostatic carcinoma was 10400 g/L. 相似文献

Iron–manganese silicate (IMS) was synthesized by chemical coprecipitation and used as a catalyst for ozonating acrylic acid (AA) in semicontinuous flow mode. The Fe-O-Mn bond, Fe-Si, and Mn-Si binary oxide were formed in IMS on the basis of the results of XRD, FTIR, and XPS analysis. The removal efficiency of AA was highest in the IMS catalytic ozonation processes (98.9% in 15 min) compared with ozonation alone (62.7%), iron silicate (IS) catalytic ozonation (95.6%), and manganese silicate catalytic ozonation (94.8%). Meanwhile, the removal efficiencies of total organic carbon (TOC) were also improved in the IMS catalytic ozonation processes. The IMS showed high stability and ozone utilization. Additionally, H2O2 was formed in the process of IMS catalytic ozonation. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) analysis and radical scavenger experiments confirmed that hydroxyl radicals (•OH) were the dominant oxidants. Cl−, HCO3−, PO43−, Ca2+, and Mg2+ in aqueous solution could adversely affect AA degradation. In the IMS catalytic ozonation of AA, the surface hydroxyl groups and Lewis acid sites played an important role. 相似文献

Seven luminescent iridium(III) complexes were prepared to investigate the relationships between chemical structures and properties of protein staining. For the first time, the effect of the main ligand, the π conjugation effect of the ancillary ligand, and the charge effect of organometallic complexes on protein staining has been revealed. Bifunctional catalysts bearing two catalytic sites, Lewis acidic organometallic titanocene and Brønsted acidic COOH, have been assembled in situ from Cp2TiCl2 with carboxylic acid ligands, showing high catalytic activity over an intramolecular Mannich reaction towards synthesis of 2‐aryl‐2,3‐dihydroquinolin‐4(1H)‐ones. The determination of the bifunctional catalyst Cp2Ti(C8H4NO6)2 was elucidated by single X‐ray HR‐MS and investigation of catalytic behavior. Catalytic allylic γ‐substitution with Morita‐Baylis‐Hillman (MBH) adducts for creating a new family of unsymmetrical dicarbonyl compounds was presented in this work, in which a variety of allylated amide products were achieved in good yields and high regioselectivity with excellent linear‐to‐branched ratios. Especially, it was found that the Pd/HZNU‐Phos complex exhibited remarkably high activity (with a TON up to 16800) in this transformation between dicarbonyl amides and MBH adducts. In addition, the possibly multisite interaction between multifunctional Pd/HZNU‐Phos catalyst system and substrates might responsible for its exceptionally high efficiency in this reaction. 相似文献
