Triple differential cross-sections of midrapidity pions from 209Bi+209Bi collisions were measured with the Kaon Spectrometer at SIS at incident energies of 400, 700 and 1000 AMeV. The azimuthal emission pattern of the pions has been investigated in dependence of beam energy and impact parameter. An enhanced emission of pions perpendicular to the reaction plane is observed. The strength of the anisotropy increases with beam energy and pion transverse momentum. In contrast to the nucleons the anisotropy varies only little with the impact parameter. No difference in the behaviour of positive and negative pions is observed.  相似文献

Production cross-sections of charged pions, kaons and antikaons have been measured in C+C and C+Au collisions at beam energies of 1.0 and 1.8 AGeV for different polar emission angles. The kaon and antikaon energy spectra can be described by Boltzmann distributions whereas the pion spectra exhibit an additional enhancement at low energies. The pion multiplicity per participating nucleon M+)/<A part> is a factor of about 3 smaller in C+Au than in C+C collisions at 1.0 AGeV whereas it differs only little for the C and the Au target at a beam energy of 1.8 AGeV. The K+ multiplicities per participating nucleon M(K+)/ <A part> are independent of the target size at 1 AGeV and at 1.8 AGeV. The K- multiplicity per participating nucleon M(K-)/ <A part> is reduced by a factor of about 2 in C+Au as compared to C+C collisions at 1.8 AGeV. This effect might be caused by the absorption of antikaons in the heavy target nucleus. Transport model calculations underestimate the K-/K+ ratio for C+C collisions at 1.8 AGeV by a factor of about 4 if in-medium modifications of K-mesons are neglected. Midrapidity protons from209Bi+209Bi collisions were measured with the Kaon Spectrometer at SIS at incident energies of E Lab /A=400, 700 and 1000 MeV. Additionally, light fragments were analysed at 400 MeV. We have investigated the azimuthal emission pattern of the particles relative to the reaction plane as function of transverse momentum, bombarding energy and impact parameter. We observe an enhanced emission of particles perpendicular to the reaction plane at all bombarding energies. The ratio of the number of particles emitted out-of-plane/in-plane increases strongly with the particles transverse momentum. The anisotropy decreases with increasing beam energy. Composite particles show a much stronger effect than protons.  相似文献

Double differential cross sections of positively charged pions and protons have been measured in nuclear collisions of mass-symmetric systems (Ne+NaF, Ni+Ni, Au+Au, Bi+Pb) at incident energies between 0.8 and 1.8 AGeV as a function of the centrality of the reaction. Using a magnetic spectrometer pions and protons were detected with laboratory angles between 40 and 48 degrees, and with momenta up to about 1400 MeV/c. This setting allows for the study of pions and protons emitted close to midrapidity. The center-of-mass pion spectra deviate from a Boltzmann distribution. The inverse slope parameters of the high-energetic pions are smaller than those of the proton spectra and they exhibit a weaker centrality dependence. A scenario is presented where the shape of the pion spectra reflects the decay kinematics of nucleonic resonances embedded in the thermal and the collective motion of the nucleons in the reaction zone. The number of emitted pions per participating nucleon is higher for light than for heavy mass systems. For a given mass system, the total pion multiplicity increases linearly with the number of participating nucleons, whereas the multiplicity of high-energy pions increases more than linearly. This result is consistent with a scenario where the high-energy pions are produced in multiple energetic baryon-baryon collisions occurring in the high-density phase of the collision.  相似文献

We investigate the beam energy dependence of neutron and proton squeeze-out in collisions of197Au+197Au atE/A=400—800 MeV. The azimuthal anisotropy that describes the enhanced emission of mid-rapidity neutrons perpendicular to the reaction plane rises strongly with the transverse momentum of the neutrons. This dependence of the azimuthal anisotropy follows a universal curve — independent of beam energy — if the neutron momenta are measured in fractions of the projectile momentum per mass unit. Analogously, the kinetic energy spectra of mid-rapidity neutrons exhibit a universal behaviour as a function of the kinetic energy of the projectile. The members of the FOPI-collaboration: J.P. The process of focusing of a shock wave in a rarefied noble gas is investigated by a numerical solution of the corresponding two dimensional initial–boundary value problem for the Boltzmann equation. The numerical method is based on the splitting algorithm in which the collision integral is computed by a Monte Carlo quadrature, and the free flow equation is solved by a finite volume method. We analyse the development of the shock wave which reflects from a suitably shaped reflector, and we study influence of various factors, involved in the mathematical model of the problem, on the process of focusing. In particular, we investigate the pressure amplification factor and its dependence on the strength of the shock and on the accommodation coefficient appearing in the Maxwell boundary condition modelling the gas-surface interaction. Moreover, we study the dependence of the shock focusing phenomenon on the shape of the reflector, and on the Mach number of the incoming shock. Received 25 May 1998 / Accepted 4 January 2000  相似文献

Energy levels in 153Er have been populated in the reaction 144Sm(12C. 3n)153Er. Isotopically enriched targets were bombarded with 53–65 MeV 12C ions and the emitted γ-ray and conversion electron spectra were investigated. From studies of excitation functions. γ- coincidences, γ-ray multiplicities, delayed γ-radiation and angular distributions, the level scheme of 153Er has been constructed. The properties of the energy levels are discussed and compared with the results of calculations with a deformed shell model. The remarkable similarities and some important discrepancies of the level structure, when compared with adjacent, N = 85 nuclides, are emphasized.  相似文献

Excited states of 12755Cs were populated in the 127I(α, 4n)127Cs reaction. Singles, prompt and delayed γ-ray spectra, γγ coincidence spectra, angular distributions and excitation functions were measured, and negative and positive parity bands established. The h112 families of excited levels in 127, 129Cs and 133La were reproduced by core-particle coupling calculations, regardless of whether the cores were taken to be rigid triaxial rotors or to have all five quadrupole degrees of freedom. The hamiltonians for the latter case were based on microscopic calculations which attribute an important role to the γ-dependence of the mass functions for collective quadrupole motion. From a core-quasiparticle analysis of the positive-parity levels in 127Cs, indications of a “Coriolis attenuation” anomaly were inferred.  相似文献
