We employ a first-principles plane wave method with the
relativistic analytic pseudopotential of Hartwigsen, Goedecker and Hutter
(HGH) scheme in the frame of DFT to calculate
the equilibrium lattice parameters and the thermodynamic properties of
AlB2 compound with hcp structure. The obtained lattice parameters are in
good agreement with the available experimental data and those calculated by
others. Through the quasi-harmonic Debye model, obtained successfully are
the dependences of the
normalized lattice parameters a/a0 and c/c0 on pressure P, the normalized
primitive cell volume V/V0 on pressure P, the variation of the thermal
expansion α with pressure P and temperature T, as well as the Debye
temperature \ThetaD and the heat capacity CV on pressure P and

以紫外光谱、荧光光谱、粘度法和凝胶电泳方法研究了全反式维甲酸合钇(Ⅲ)配合物与DNA的作用。结果表明,该配合物能在生理条件下比配体和金属离子更有效地切割质粒DNA,体系离子强度和pH值的变化对配合物的切割活性有较大影响,自由基捕捉剂的加入不影响配合物的切割活性。该配合物对DNA的切割可能通过水解机理进行。该配合物可使DNA的粘度增加,使EB-DNA体系的荧光强度和DNA溶液的紫外吸收强度降低。据此推断,该配合物主要以嵌入方式与DNA作用。 相似文献

The drug-loaded alginate/poly-L-arginine/chitosan ternary complex microcapsules were prepared by mixing method, absorption method and the combined method of mixing and absorption, respectively. The effect of drug-loading methods on drug load, the encapsulation efficiency and the release properties of the complex microcapsules were investigated. The results showed that the absorption process is a dominating factor to greatly increase the drug load of Hb into microcapsules. Upon loading Hb into microcapsules by combined method of mixing and absorption, the drug load (19.9%) is up to the maximum value, and the encapsulation efficiency is 93.8%. Moreover, the drug release is a zero-order kinetics process for the ternary complex microcapsules made by mixing. For the complex microcapsules made by absorption, the drug release is a first-order kinetics. However, for the complex microcapsules made by combining the mixing and the absorption, the drug release obeys a first-order kinetics during the first eighteen hours, changing afterwards to a zero-order kinetics process. 采用Instron3211型毛细管流变仪研究了PEA/PET共混物的流变性能,据此探讨共混物熔体的可纺性,讨论了共混物配比与复合纤维力学性能的关系,并且偏光显微镜,扫描电镜研究纤维的结构。结果表明,共混物的表观粘度低于PET的粘度,当PEA为10%,共混物的表观粘度达到最小值;且PEA含量低于10%时,共混物的可纺性即,表现出良好的原位增强效果。 相似文献

以高密度梳状PEG(CPEG)作为表面改性材料, 将PEG末端羟基转化为醛基, 将梳状PEG和线形PEG固定在氨基化的PET膜表面, 并利用表面的反应性醛基进一步固定了氨基酸和整合素配体多肽片段RGD多肽. 红外光谱、 接触角和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测定结果表明, 该法可有效地固定氨基酸和多肽, 获得模拟细胞膜中多糖-蛋白质复合物结构的特异性功能表面. 对两种不同结构的PEG细胞培养实验结果表明, CPEG比线形PEG(LPEG)具有更好的抗非特异粘附性. 此外, CPEG比LPEG具有更多的活性反应基团, 用PEG末端活性的醛基固定整合素配体多肽片段RGD, 可有效地诱导材料表面的内皮细胞化, 改善材料的细胞相容性. 相似文献

合成了新的O-(硫杂蒽酮-[2]-基)-氧乙酸及其稀土配合物. 通过元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, UV, DTA-TG和13C NMR谱对其结构进行了表征. 研究表明: 配体羧羰基脱质子后与金属离子配位, 2位氧原子也与金属离子配位, 配合物中含有一定量的配位水, 配合物为非电解质类型. 同时, 研究了O-(硫杂蒽酮-[2]-基)-氧乙酸稀土配合物对质粒DNA的切割作用. 结果表明: 铕的配合物对DNA的切割较明显, 且当配合物浓度增加时, 质粒DNA的超螺旋构型逐渐减少, 而缺刻、开环型构型逐渐增多. 在相同条件下, Eu(III)离子对质粒pBR322DNA几乎没有切割作用; 配体O-(硫杂蒽酮-[2]-基)-氧乙酸对质粒pBR322DNA也有切割作用, 但配合物EuL3对质粒pBR322DNA的切割作用明显强于配体, 表明稀土离子Eu(III)与配体生成配合物后有较好的协同切割作用. 相似文献

We demonstrate the coherent beam combination of eight Watt-level polarization-maintained fiber amplifiers. The phase control signal of each amplifier is generated by running a stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm on a digital signal processor (DSP). The experimental result shows that the whole system in close-loop performs well for long-time observation. Energy encircled in the target pinhole is 6.68 times more than that in open-loop. A double-T-shaped ligand (H4BPTC) and bis(2-benzimidazole)alkanes as the spacers have been firstly used to direct the assembly of a 2D coordination polymer with wavy parquet network topology, [Zn(BPTC)0.5(H2C2EIm)(H2O)]n (1, C24H18ZnN4O5, Mr = 507.79, H4BPTC = biphenyl-3,3',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, H2C2EIm = 2,2'-(1,2-ethanediyl)-bis(1H-benzi- midazole), which was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 1.1844(5), b = 1.4019(5), c = 1.4026(5) nm, β = 108.359(5)°, V = 2.2104(15) nm3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.526 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.156 mm-1, F(000) = 1040, S = 1.038, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.0793 for 3834 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The compound units are linked through BPTC ligands into a wavilness parquet 2D layer and further connected into a 3D framework via π-π packing interactions between the adjacent H2C2EIm ligands and weak N-H…O hydrogen bonding between uncoordinated carboxylate and the nitrogen atoms of H2C2EIm as well as the free water molecules. 相似文献
