Dynamic magnetic structure induced by light in FeBO3:Ni has been studied magneto-optically. Spatial distribution of ferromagnetic vector has been found to be periodical; ferromagnetic vector oscillations obey the quasi-harmonical law with the wave length λ ~ 100μ; the oscillation amplitude is ~ 10° in basal plane and ~0.08° normally to it, so that the hodograph of the ferromagnetic vector is an ellipse with axes ratio being about 100. The direction of propagation of magnetic wave excitations has been ascertained to be determined by the crystal structure only. An average direction of the ferromagnetic vector is deviated from the wave vector of the oscillations.  相似文献

Cation-substituted manganese monosulfide M x Mn1 ? x S (M = Cu, Cr) has been investigated using the electron paramagnetic resonance method. The temperature and concentration dependences of the width and shape of the magnetic resonance line have been considered using the Van Vleck method of moments. It has been shown that, if the Mn2+ ions are substituted by the copper and chromium ions, the change of the effective exchange interaction in the system that substantially affects the magnetic resonance spectra takes place.  相似文献

Measurements of the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) of Fe3+ ion pairs in InBO3 crystals are conducted. Some parts of the procedure of spectrum identification without measuring the temperature dependence of the resonant line intensities have been developed. Experimental curves of the second- and fourth-order axial Hamiltonian constants D S and (aF)S, respectively, of the total spin number S are constructed. The single-ion second-order axial constant D c is well described by a linear dependence on S. The constant (aF)S has a quadratic dependence.  相似文献

A magnetic resonance method is applied to the investigation of a number of isostructural diamagnetic compounds ABO3 (A = Sc, Lu, In) with small additions of Cr3+ ions (S = 3/2) sufficient to observe single-ion spectra. It is shown that the resonance spectra for isolated Cr3+ ions can be described to a good accuracy by the ordinary axial spin Hamiltonian for 3d ions in octahedral oxygen environment. The parameters of the spin Hamiltonian are determined. It is established that Cr3+ ions in these crystals are characterized by easy-axis-type anisotropy.  相似文献

The magnetic and magneto-optical properties of ion-synthesized cobalt nanoparticles in the amorphous silicon oxide matrix are investigated as a function of the implantation dose. The analysis of the field dependences of the magnetization and the magneto-optical Faraday and Kerr effects demonstrates that, as the ion implantation dose increases, the superparamagnetic behavior of an ensemble of cobalt nanoparticles at room temperature gives way to a ferromagnetic response with the anisotropy characteristic of a thin magnetic film. The magnetization curves for the superparamagnetic and ferromagnetic ensembles of cobalt nanoparticles are simulated to determine their average sizes and the filling density in the irradiated layer of the silicon dioxide matrix. It is revealed that the spectral dependences of the Faraday and Kerr effects for ion-synthesized cobalt nanoparticles differ substantially from those for continuous cobalt films due to the localized excitations of free electrons in the nanoparticles.  相似文献

A new compound CuNaB3O6 · 0.842H2O was grown for the first time. Its crystal structure, magnetic susceptibility, and magnetic resonance properties are presented. It was proposed that CuNaB3O6 · 0.842H2O is a spin-Peierls magnet with the transition temperature T SP ~ 128 K and a ladder spin structure. The possibility of a structural phase transition at T < T SP is predicted.  相似文献
