Polymer samples of complexes of divalent copper with the H2msalpn-1,3 ligand have been studied by optical spectroscopy. The optical density spectra of metal-polymer films have been analyzed taking into account the influence of preliminary thermal treatment. The spectral dependences of the absorption coefficient and optical band gap are determined for different experimental conditions.  相似文献

The results of studying the temperature-frequency dependences of the dielectric parameters of metal-polymer films of poly-[CumSalpn-1,3] are presented. The dispersion of polarization characteristics has been established in the ranges of frequencies f = 102–106 Hz and temperatures T = 293–340 K. The temperature dependence of the parameter of dielectric relaxation time distribution has been obtained. The role of the temperature factor in the charge processes under study has been discussed.  相似文献

We have investigated the influence of a phase transition in polycrystalline layers of lead tetroxide Pb3O4 on their diffuse reflection spectra in the wavelength range of 380–700 nm. We have determined differences in the character of the spectral dependences of the reflection coefficient and surface morphology that are related to the formation of a new high-temperature phase. We have determined values of the optical band gap from analysis of the diffuse reflection spectra of this metal oxide semiconductor compound under normal conditions and after its transition from the tetragonal to an orthorhombic modification.  相似文献

A comparative study of the optical properties of azomethine-base polymer structures in the oxidized and reduced states obtained by electrochemical synthesis have been performed. A difference in the character of the spectral dependence of optical density in the wavelength range λ = 550–700 nm and a higher transparency of the Poly(H2msalpn-1,3) structure in the reduced state in the spectral range under consideration have been revealed. Analysis of the differential spectrum of optical density of the oxidized state and the values of calculated band gaps suggests that the polymer system in the oxidized state has a higher electroactivity.  相似文献
