Tetraphenylporphinetetrasulfonic acid (TPPS), which is well known as a photochemical hole-burning (PHB) dye, was incorporated in silica gels obtained by the sol-gel process from tetramethoxysilane (TMOS). The form of TPPS must be free base (H2P), which exists in basic condition, to be active in PHB. To obtain transparent and higher density silica gels doped with free-base TPPS, two-step hydrolysis processes using solutions containing NaOH were developed, and the gels having bulk density of about 1.5 g/cm3 were synthesized. The form of TPPS in the gels was investigated by measuring the absorption and luminescence spectra, and it was found that in the silica gels almost all the TPPS retained free-base form at the molar ratio of NaOH/TMOS above 10–3.  相似文献

Gelatin-stabilized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs-gelatin) with controlled particle size were synthesized with simple variation of concentration of gelatin by reducing in situ tetrachloroauric acid with sodium citrate. The nanoparticles showed excellent colloidal stability. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) revealed the formation of well-dispersed gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with different sizes. The methodology produces particles 10–15 nm in size depending on the concentration of gelatin used. The measured AuNPs are 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 nm for AuNPs-gelatin 1, 0.5, 0.25, 0.1 and 0.05%, and pure AuNPs, respectively. The AuNPs-gelatin exhibit size-dependent localized surface plasmon resonance behavior as measured by UV–visible spectroscopy. UV–vis spectroscopy and TEM results suggest that higher concentration of gelatin favor smaller particle size and vice versa. FTIR spectroscopy analysis of AuNPs-gelatin revealed the amino bands and carboxyl peak of gelatin. The crystalline nature of AuNPs was investigated by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Surface fluorescence X‐ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectroscopy using a Laue‐type monochromator has been developed to acquire structural information about metals with a very low concentrate on a flat highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) surface in the presence of electrolytes. Generally, surface fluorescence XAFS spectroscopy is hindered by strong scattering from the bulk, which often chokes the pulse counting detector. In this work, we show that a bent crystal Laue analyzer (BCLA) can efficiently remove the scattered X‐rays from the bulk even in the presence of solution. We applied the technique to submonolayer (~1014 atoms cm?2) Pt on HOPG and successfully obtained high signal/noise in situ XAFS data in combination with back‐illuminated fluorescence XAFS (BI‐FXAFS) spectroscopy. This technique allows in situ XAFS measurements of flat electrode surfaces to be performed in the presence of electrolytes.  相似文献

A brief history of the heliotron, one of the promising candidates for a commercial fusion reactor, is given. The heliotron device can be operated in steady state, since it has a stable magnetic field with high rotational transform and high shear and without ohmic current in the plasma. 调查了1990 ̄1998年6月的12651名0 ̄6岁儿童发锌营养状况,经统计学分析,表明,锌含量在1990 ̄1994年五年之间处于波动上升趋势,1995 ̄1998年四年间,波动幅度很小,似接近于平衡,前五年均值与后四年均值比较呈非常显著性差异(P〈0.001)。  相似文献
