2 laser of wide tunability to pump 13CD3OD we could observe 10 new far infrared laser lines ranging from 109 μm to 472 μm. The lines were generated by pumping infrared absorbing transitions of large offset appertaining to the C-O stretching Q-branch. We report the discovery of 57 new fir laser lines from13CD3OH molecule optically pumped by a waveguide CO2 laser of 300 MHz tunability. For all lines, precise frequency offset measurements between the CO2 line center and the center of the absorbing13CD3OH line were performed using the transferred Lamb-Dip technique. We have also measured directly the frequency of seven FIR laser lines by heterodyning with already known laser lines. We present a complete list of all known laser lines (134) and frequency measurements (24) for this molecule.Work supported by CNPq, FAPESP, FAEP-Brasil, and CNR-Italia  相似文献

We used a Stark-Optoacoustic cell and hybrid waveguide resonators to perform an Infrared and Far Infrared Stark Spectroscopy study on some transitions of13CD3OH. Different behaviours of the transitions in the presence of a d.c. electric field were observed. The Stark splittings of six FIR laser lines ranging from 34 to 136 MHz/kVcm–1 were determined. The analysis of the behaviour of the IR and FIR transitions in the presence of the external electric fields gives important and exclusive information on the levels involved in the transitions.Work Supported by FAPESP, CNPq, FAEP - Brazil, and CNR - Italy.  相似文献

Usually, the large trap loss rates observed in MOTs at the low light intensity regime have been associated with hyperfine change collisions (HCC). We propose an alternative mechanism to explain the sudden raise up of trap loss rates at low intensity without relying on HCC. Using the Gallagher-Pritchard model [Phys. Rev. Lett. 63, 957 (1989)] together with an intensity dependent escape velocity, we were able to reproduce qualitatively well some existing experimental results, including recent observations by Nesnidal et al. [Phys. Rev. A 62, 030701(R) (2000)]. This result reopens the discussion in order to better understand the physical mechanisms and their actual contribution to the trap losses.  相似文献

The complete formulation of B.E.M. applied to the analysis of axisymmetric bodies acting in the plastic range is presented in this paper. The concept of derivative of a singular integral given by Mikhlin has been used in order to calculate the stresses in internal points.Also a semianalytical approach is proposed to compute the matrix coefficients, presenting the way in which it can be done and the results obtained.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove that the random measure of the one-dimensional jump-type Fleming-Viot process is absolutely continuous with respect to the Lebesgue measure in R, provided the mutation operator satisfies certain regularity conditions. This result is an important step towards the representation of the Fleming-Viot process with jumps in terms of the solution of a stochastic partial differential equation.  相似文献

A systematic investigation of13CD3OH infrared transitions around CO2 laser line emissions is performed by means of optoacoustic detection. Using a waveguide CO2 laser of 290 MHz tunability and, in some cases, an acoustooptic modulator to provide an extension of 180 MHz, 108 transitions are observed. Measurements of pump off-set and relative intensity have been performed. Fourteen new optically pumped far-infrared (FIR) laser lines in the range 46.8 m to 172.6 m were discovered in optically pumped CD3OH. The pump sources include both the CO2 laser and the N2O laser. Two theoretically predicted laser lines were observed in this study.  相似文献

We investigated the behavior of infrared (IR) absorption laser transitions of methanol isotopes in the presence of an uniform electric field, in order to determine Doppler-free spectroscopic data such as homogeneous linewidth and saturation parameter. For this we combine photoacoustic detection with the high resolution provided by the Nonlinear Hanle Effect (NLHE) on molecular transitions.  相似文献
