A novel and facile synthesis of a series of the biologically significant iminosugar derivatives including 2-deoxynojirimycin, Miglustat and Miglitol is reported. The synthesis features a strategic double inversion mechanism for securing the desired stereochemistry at C5 position of such glucose-type carbohydrate mimetics, representing a practical and remarkable improvement on the previously reported method that suffers from the loss of the stereo-control during the reaction process. 相似文献

The chaotic oscillator has already been considered as a
powerful method to detect weak signals, even weak signals
accompanied with noises. However, many examples, analyses and
simulations indicate that chaotic oscillator detection system cannot
guarantee the immunity to noises (even white noise). In fact the
randomness of noises has a serious or even a destructive effect on
the detection results in many cases. To solve this problem, we
present a new detecting method based on wavelet threshold processing
that can detect the chaotic weak signal accompanied with noise. All
theoretical analyses and simulation experiments indicate that the
new method reduces the noise interferences to detection
significantly, thereby making the corresponding chaotic oscillator
that detects the weak signals accompanied with noises more stable

The first-principle calculations based on density functional theory have been used to study the electronic and optical properties of zinc-blende BInGaAs quaternary alloy lattice-matched to GaAs. The calculated results show the band gap of BInGaAs alloy are direct and the band gap will reduce with the increment of boron and indium composition. The electronic structures of BInGaAs alloy are analyzed via the calculation of density of states. The variation of optical properties including dielectric function, absorption coefficient, reflectivity, refractive index and energy loss function of the alloy were also investigated in detail. 相似文献

An efficient synthesis of hexahydropyrrolo[3,2-c]quinolin-2-ones and hexahydropyridino[3,2-c]quinolin-2-ones has been developed in moderate to high yields by one-pot two-step aza-Diels-Alder reactions of N-arylimines, formed in situ from anilines and benzaldehydes, with cyclic enamides, formed in situ from 5-hydroxypyrrolidin-2-ones and 6-hydroxypiperidin-2-ones by BF3·OEt2-promoted dehydration in dichloromethane at room temperature. The hexahydropyrrolo[3,2-c]quinolin-2-ones were formed as a single exo-stereoisomer in most cases and hexahydropyridino[3,2-c]quinolin-2-ones were formed as a mixture of exo- and endo-isomers favoring the endo-diastereomer. 相似文献

We report magnetic properties of silica-coated CoFe2O4 nanoparticles (about 32 nm) in a wide temperature range (4-700 K). Coating CoFe2O4 nanoparticles with amorphous silica yields an assembly of noninteracting single-domain particles with cubic magnetocrystalline anisotropy. We find that the reduced remanence is about 0.81-0.82 at low temperatures (?100 K), very close to the theoretical prediction (0.83) for cubic anisotropy. The room-temperature anisotropy constant K1 inferred from the data is also in quantitative agreement with the bulk value (1.8×106 erg/cm3). The current work thus provides a quantitative test for a theory of noninteracting single-domain particles with cubic anisotropy. 相似文献

In this letter, the synchronization schemes for delayed non-autonomous reaction-diffusion fuzzy cellular neural networks is considered. Based on the simple adaptive controller, a set of sufficient conditions to guarantee the synchronization are obtained. Moreover, the asymptotic behavior of the unknown parameters can be derived in the meanwhile. At last, some examples are given to show the effectiveness of the main results. 相似文献

The optical method is one of the most accurate methods for the 3D angular deformations measurement. However, the measured results fluctuate around a mean value as a result of the impact of the atmospheric turbulence, and the relationship between the fluctuation and the atmospheric turbulence is unclear. In this paper, we propose an optical 3D angular deformations measurement method to analyze the optical wave propagation, and study the impact of the atmospheric turbulence. The fluctuations of the three deformation angles are calculated in different atmospheric turbulences. It is found that this optical method is not suitable for high accuracy measurement with the refractive-index structure parameter larger than 10−14 m−2/3. When the widths of the crosshairs fringes are different, the impacts of the atmospheric turbulence are nearly the same. It is also found that the impact of the atmospheric turbulence can be reduced by increasing the gray value of the image. 相似文献

Fringe projection profilometry (FPP) is a widely used three-dimensional profile measurement technique. One vital step in this technique is calibration, which determines the system accuracy. The least-squares method, because of its flexibility and simplicity, is commonly used in system calibration for FPP. However, calibration results are affected by the nonlinear gamma of the projector and projection fringe cycle broadening. This paper proposes a new look-up table (LUT) generation method by analyzing the differences between the real and ideal unwrapped phases. The aforementioned problems could then be solved after the phase error is compensated by the LUT. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is demonstrated through experiments, and the accuracy reaches 0.02 mm. 相似文献

Direct synthesis of diamines has been efficiently realized from the N-alkylation of amines with diols by means of heterogeneous bimetallic Pt-Sn/γ-Al2O3 catalyst (0.5 wt % Pt, molar ratio Pt:Sn = 1:3) through a ‘Borrowing Hydrogen’ strategy under ligand-free conditions.
