Inverse bremsstrahlung (collisional) absorption of the laser beam is studied in plasma with a generalized (q-nonextensive) electron velocity distribution and some kind of generalized electron density profile. It is shown that for some values of parameters designating the q-nonextensive electron velocity distribution function and its generalized density profile, the calculated absorption coefficient reduces to the already known cases with Maxwellian velocity distribution with linear and exponential density profiles. 相似文献

In this study, a non-thermal plasma torch in steamer mode was characterized to apply for surface modification in ambient air. The plasma source is a central rod-ring configuration based on DBD operation. Mixture of Ar/air gases was passed through the hollow Copper rod. A home-built high voltage generator at 18.8 kHz was employed to ignite the plasma. Electrical features of plasma torch were studied and different regions of plasma were examined using optical emission spectroscopy to explore the reactive species that result in efficient treatment. The surfaces of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and silicone rubber (SIR) films were treated by the cold plasma torch. Contact angle measurement shows the improvement of surface hydrophilicity and wettability. Analysis revealed that the surface energy of the films increases indicating their activation after plasma treatment. This process is attributed to increasing the polar component of the surface energy. 相似文献

A sample of over 25,000 fully measured neutrino and antineutrino charged current interactions in BEBC includes 192 dilepton candidates. The prompt signal after subtraction of background is 41 ±7µ+ e -, 35±7µ+µ- events from \(\bar v\) interactions, and 32±7µ-µ+ events from ν interactions. There are 2 trileptons, µ-µ- e + and µ-µ-µ+. Results are compared with other experimental data and with the standard model. Limits to prompt like sign µ+ e +, µ+µ+ and µ-µ- signals are given and compared with other experiments and with theoretical calculations. 相似文献

Erbium-doped holey fiber with hexagonal lattice was modeled by using effective index method. In order to calculate the equivalent step index of the periodic structure of the cladding holey optical fiber, all-vectorial fundamental space filling mode approach was utilized. By using EH11 mode, we have numerically solved the rate equations of a three-level pumping scheme for a fiber laser. The obtained results have shown a good agreement with the other experimental results, recently. The results have predicted amplifiers with gain efficiencies as high as 10 dB/mW. 相似文献
