A method for the optical resolution of new quinolone drugs (NQs) by capillary electrophoresis has been investigated. The NQs were adequately resolved using a γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD)-Zn(II)- -phenylalanine ( -Phe) solution as the running solution. The resolution depended on the components of the running solution and their concentrations. When -Phe was used instead of -Phe, inversion of the migration order of the enantiomers was observed. The resolution mechanism is considered to be due to a ligand-exchange interaction of the NQs with Zn(II) and -Phe, in combination with a host-guest interaction of those with γ-CD.  相似文献

Intramolecular reaction of 2-tropylio-3-(5-substituted 2-furyl)benzothiophenes (3), prepared from the corresponding 2-cycloheptatrienyl-3-(5-substituted 2-furyl)benzothiophenes (2), afforded the beta-(azuleno[1,2-b]benzothienyl)-alpha,beta-unsaturated ketones (4), which are otherwise difficult to obtain, in moderate yields. The reaction involves a ring-opening process of the furan ring by intramolecular attack of the tropylium ion onto the 2-position of the furan ring. Similarly, beta-(azuleno[2,1-b]benzothienyl)-alpha,beta-unsaturated ketones (8) were obtained from the corresponding 3-tropylio-2-(5-substituted 2-furyl)benzothiophenes (7) albeit in lower yields. The molecular and crystal structures of the methyl ketone derivative, 8a, are discussed on the basis of X-ray structure analysis.  相似文献

A linear free hydroelastic vibration analysis of a frictionless liquid with a free surface contained in a cylindrical tank with a flexible bottom has been performed. The side-wall has been treated as rigid and the effect of surface tension taken into consideration. The container bottom was treated as a membrane, while for the free liquid surface the effect of two contact line conditions has been investigated. One edge condition was that of a slipping contact line, while the other one treated the contact line as fixed, ie., an anchored edge. The vibration characteristics of a membrane-liquid coupled system have been investigated for various system parameters, i.e., membrane tension parameter T, liquid surface tension parameter σ, material density parameter ρ, liquid height ratio ?0 and vibration mode numbers m and n. The degree of coupling between a membrane and a liquid was represented with vibration mode diagrams as well as with frequency diagrams. For axisymmetric coupled vibrations with anchored edge condition, vibration mode exchanging of both a membrane and liquid free surface with membrane bottom tension parameter T has been investigated. An interesting phenomenon which is only observed for a flexible bottom container and an anchored edge free surface condition is presented.  相似文献

We have discovered a mechanism which can significantly reduce the dislocation density during the growth of GaN single crystals in the Na flux method. The significant reduction of the dislocation density occurs in the later stage of LPE growth, rather than solely at the seed-LPE interface for which we have already reported evidence indicating the presence of bundling dislocations. The two-step dislocation reduction is the key in achieving extremely low dislocation density using this method.  相似文献

Two polymorphic forms (I and II) of 4-fluorophenylpyruvic acid (F-PPA) were obtained by crystallization from different solvents, showing a melting point at 163.2 and 171.0 °C. Crystal structures of polymorphs I and II were determined by X-ray crystallography. IR and Raman spectra of the two polymorphs were measured and the spectral characteristics were compared with those of phenylpyruvic acid. the two polymorphs show similar molecular and crystal structures to each other, except for the molecular geometries of the enol and the carboxylic acid moieties. Distinct IR spectral differences which result from the crystal field splitting were observed between the two polymorphs.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] An efficient method for the hydrogenation of the carbon-carbon double bond in azulenoid and aromatic fused azulenoid enones without the use of hydrogen and a metal catalyst is reported. Treatment of a variety of azulenoid enones with cycloheptatriene and a protic acid in acetonitrile gave the corresponding beta-azulenyl ketone derivatives in excellent to moderate yield. In this reaction, cycloheptatriene acts as a hydride donor.  相似文献

In this paper, we are concerned with the uniqueness and the non-degeneracy of positive radial solutions for a class of semilinear elliptic equations. Using detailed ODE analysis, we extend previous results to cases where nonlinear terms may have sublinear growth.As an application, we obtain the uniqueness and the non-degeneracy of ground states for modified Schr¨odinger equations.  相似文献

The dependency of LPE growth rate and dislocation density on supersaturation in the growth of GaN single crystals in the Na flux was investigated. When the growth rate was low during the growth of GaN at a small value of supersaturation, the dislocation density was much lower compared with that of a substrate grown by the Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition method (MOCVD). In contrast, when the growth rate of GaN was high at a large value of supersaturation, the crystal was hopper including a large number of dislocations. The relationship between the growth conditions and the crystal color in GaN single crystals grown in Na flux was also investigated. When at 800 °C the nitrogen concentration in Na–Ga melt was low, the grown crystals were always tinted black. When the nitrogen concentration at 850 °C was high, transparent crystals could be grown.  相似文献

For precise X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement giving the three-dimensional structure of proteins, it is important to prepare high-quality single crystals with suitable shape. As a new processing technique to obtain such protein crystals, we employed femtosecond laser-induced cleaving of protein crystal in a growth vessel containing water solution. An intact protein crystal was precisely processed without mechanical contact in its sealed growth vessel by focusing femtosecond laser pulses. We confirmed that three-dimensional processing of the crystal in its supersaturated solution was realized using multiphoton absorption and that the processing was efficiently enhanced by the cleaving behavior attributed to a photomechanical mechanism of the femtosecond laser ablation.  相似文献
