单晶光纤损耗谱测量装置

本文描述了一套用以测量单晶光纤损耗谱的装置。本装置由卤钨灯,单色仪,积分球,AgORbCs光电倍增管以及数据采集,处理和控制系统组成。可测量300～1150nm的光谱范围。利用本装置可获得单晶光纤的吸收光谱,透过率谱,散射光谱以及散射位置谱。     

Triterpenoid Constituents of Huperzia miyoshiana

Thirteen triterpenoids, including three new ones, miyoshianois A (1), B (2) and C (3), were isolated from Huperzia miyoshiana. The structures of these new compounds were established as 3-O-dihydroferuloyltohogenol (1), 16-oxo-3β,21β-dihydrox-y-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (2) and 16-oxo-3a, 21β-dihydroxy-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (3), respectively, on the basis of their spectroscopic analysis.     

PHASE INVERSION AND ITS MECHANICAL MODEL STUDIES FOR THE TWO-PHASE POLYMER BLEND SYSTEMS (Ⅱ)——DYNAMIC VISCOELASTIC RESPONSE

The dynamic viscoelastic response of the two-phase polymer blend systems shows the characteristics of the thermorheologically complex materials. In this paper theoretical equations for describing the dynamic viscoelastic response of such polymer blend systems have been established by means of the mechanical modeling technique. The dynamic viscoelastic response of the blend systems at any blend composition can be predicted theoretically by using the equations established, provided that the dynamic viscoelastic response of the two pure components and the mechanical model parameters are known in advance. Thus, we provide an effective method for studying the dynamic mechanical properties and the molecular relaxation characteristics of the two-phase polymer blend systems.     

新型氮芥和卤代烷基哌嗪芳香醛的合成

通过对Vilsmeier反应、烷基化反应和氯化反应的改进提出了以简单易得的苯胺和苯基哌嗪为原料制备氮芥和哌嗪芳香醛的方法. 采用该改进的方法合成了8个氮芥和哌嗪芳香醛, 其中7个为新化合物. 它们的结构均经质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析确证.

皮质醇浓度是反映肾上腺皮质功能的重要指标之一,海洋鱼类血清中的皮质醇激素含量随应激强度呈现规律性变化,从而被广泛用来衡量应激水平的重要指标[1].     

四甲基对联苯二胺光敏化聚苯乙烯砜及其模型化合物二苄基砜分解机理的研究

N、N、 N’、N’-四平基对联苯二胺(NTMB)和 3、3’、5、5’-四甲基对联苯二胺(TMB)可以有效地光敏化二苄基砜(DBS)分解和聚苯乙烯砜(PSS)降解。敏化作用是按电子转移机理进行的,电子转移过程可以由NTMB的单重激发态,也可以由三重激发态发生。由三重态电子转移产生的三重态离子自由基对进一步反应生成产物的效率比单重态离子自由基对的效率高10倍。     

Laser irradiation induced spectral evolution of the Laser irradiation induced spectral evolution of the surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)of 4-tert-butylbenzylmercaptan on gold nanoparticles assembly

The spectral evolution of the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) of 4-tert-butylbenzylmer-captan(4-tBBM)on gold nanopanlcles assembly under laser irradiation is reported.The reIative intensities of typical peaks in the spectrum of 4-tBBM gradually change with irradiation time.Comparison of the rate of spectral changes under several experimental conditions indicates that the surface plasmon resonance(SPR)induced heat in the gold nanoparticles assembly is the origin of the spectraI evolution.During the process of self-assembly,4-tBBM molecules do not form a compact ordered monolayer because of the spatial hindrance of the 4-tert-butyl end group.The heat induced by laser irradiation drives the 4-tBBM molecules to rearrange to a more stable orientation.     

一些新型呋咱衍生物的合成

以歧化松香为原料, 将其纯化得到脱氢松香酸, 然后经甲酯化、溴代、硝化、成环等步骤, 合成了三个新型脱氢松香酸甲酯呋咱的衍生物12,13-氧化呋咱脱异丙基脱氢松香酸甲酯、12,13-呋咱脱异丙基脱氢松香酸甲酯、12-溴-13,14-氧化呋咱脱异丙基脱氢松香酸甲酯. 产物经红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析方法进行了表征.     

不同嵌段比的PEG-b-PDMAEMA共聚物在水溶液中的自聚集行为

采用氢核磁共振(¹H-NMR)、动态光散射(DLS)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对聚乙二醇-嵌段-聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(PEG-b-PDMAEMA)三种具有不同PEG/PDMAEMA嵌段比的PEG-b-PDMAEMA共聚物在水溶液中的自聚集行为进行了研究. 研究表明, 两嵌段比例是影响聚合物胶束化过程的关键因素: 只有当其中聚乙二醇含量较低(质量分数低于33%)时, 聚合物才具有其pH/温度敏感胶束化特性. 此外, 共聚物溶液随温度胶束化过程与共聚物嵌段比大小密切相关. PEG-b-PDMAEMA这种不同于传统双亲性嵌段共聚物(DHBCs)在选择性溶剂中独特的胶束化行为, 是由聚合物溶液体系中各种基团之间的氢键作用决定的.
