A suspension of ultrafine-dispersed nanodiamond was used for introducing (in particular, selectively) high-density centers of diamond nucleation on various substrates. High-quality doped diamond films to be used as electrochemistry electrodes were deposited from the gas phase in a microwave discharge on certain substrates treated using ultrafine-dispersed nanodiamond. A uniform distribution of nucleation centers with concentrations greater than 1010 cm-2 on silicon substrates was obtained. Electrochemical current-potential curves were measured for continuous films. Diamond meshes of different transparency were grown using selective nucleation. Successful production of high-quality doped diamond meshes gives grounds to consider them the most promising electrodes for use in electrochemistry.  相似文献

The zero field μSR-method has been used to study the magnetism in the disordered magnetic alloy Fe82−xNixCr18 near the three-critical, pointx=25. The dynamic and static local field distributions are analyzed. The difference between spin-glass states obtained either from the paramagnetic or after the double transition is discussed.  相似文献

The feasibility of an effective high-luminance light source based on an open discharge is considered. Experimental data for the light characteristics of different cathodoluminescent screens are presented. Phosphor coatings are excited by an electron beam initiated by a planar cathode-grid injector in an inert gas atmosphere. The feasibility of maintaining an open discharge using continuous or pulsed-periodic excitation of the gas medium in the light emitter is discussed. The use of the specular method to excite the phosphor coating of the screen makes it possible to achieve a higher luminance and a higher luminous efficacy in comparison with these characteristics for cathodophosphors. The design of the cathode-grid unit allows for a large surface area of the electron injector, making it promising for wide-aperture light sources.  相似文献

The Fokker-Planck equation is solved with electron cyclotron resonance heating in a magnetic mirror with a fixed electrostatic potential on a loss-cone boundary and ECR heating. A self-consistent calculation of the plasma concentration justifies the fact that the degree of ionization of the ECR plasma is about 10%. The high values of the total electron energy (15-30 eV) are achieved. The electron concentration and the EVDF anisotropy degree are the nonmonotonic functions of the applied MW electric field. The basis for such dependencies is discussed. A linear perturbation analysis of the Vlasov equation together with with Maxwell's equations is briefly reviewed. The criteria for the start of unstable whistler oscillation growth are proposed. Using the simulated distribution function, the regimes where the unstable oscillations should to be taken into account are considered  相似文献

Very recently, as an important step in the development of layered Fe-free pnictide-oxide superconductors, the new phase BaTi2Bi2O was discovered which has the highest T C value (~4.6 K) among all related undoped systems. In this Letter, we report for the first time the electronic bands, Fermi surface topology, total and partial densities of electronic states for BaTi2Bi2O obtained by means of the ab initio FLAPW-GGA calculations. The interatomic bonding picture is described as a high-anisotropic mixture of metallic, covalent, and ionic contributions. The structural and electronic factors, which can be responsible for the increased transition temperature for BaTi2Bi2O (as compared with related pnictide-oxides BaTi2As2O and BaTi2Sb2O), are also discussed.  相似文献

The system of BGK (Bhatnagar, Gross, Krook) equations describing the isothermal flow of a binary gas mixture in a capillary with arbitrary accommodation of the tangential momentum is solved by the Bubnov-Galerkin method. General expressions are given for the kinetic thermodynamic coefficients which are valid in the whole range of Knudsen numbers and have the correct free-molecule and viscous limits. The diffusion-slip coefficients, calculated by using test values of the fraction of diffuse reflection, are compared with the experimental results.  相似文献

We report the results of μSR investigations of the ceramic samples La2-xSrxCuO4-σ (x=0.1, 0.15, 0.25) and ReBa2Cu3O7-σ (Re=Er, Ho, Y0.5Ho0.5) in the external magnetic field 0–800 Oe. The measurements were performed by the ZFC and FC methods. The irreversibility effects were studied at several temperatures by measuring the mean value and the width of the magnetic field distribution on the muon in the step by step procedure of increasing and subsequent decreasing of the external field. The temperature dependences of the magnetic penetration depth perpendicular to the basal plane λ were obtained. For the lanthanum sample with 0.15 of Sr its value at the zero temperature is λ (0)=2400 Å, for Er-Ba-Cu-O λ (0)=1600 Å.  相似文献
