A coordinated study of the dielectric, electrostriction, and pyroelectric properties of the lead-magnoniobate-based ceramic solid solutions 0.9PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3-0.1PbTiO3 and 0.55PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3-0.45PbSc1/2Nb1/2O3 conducted at the relaxor transition temperatures is reported. The effect of plasma on the amplitude of the wakefield excited in a dielectric structure by a relativistic electron bunch train is studied. The structure under study is a dielectric cylindrical waveguide with an axial drift channel filled with plasma. The dependences of the amplitude of a longitudinal electric field on the plasma density are obtained for the following three cases: the parameters of the dielectric structure and bunches are fixed; the inside or outside radius of the dielectric tube changes according a change in the plasma frequency, and the bunch repetition frequency is adjusted to the plasma frequency and the frequency of the first radial mode of a dielectric wave. It is shown that, when the eigenwave frequencies are adjusted to the bunch repetition frequency via a change in the structure radii, the maximum of the accelerating field is determined by a plasma wave, and there is a plasma density range where a dielectric wave significantly contributes to the total field amplitude. In the case of changing the outside radius, this range is substantially wider. 相似文献

The cross sections for the spallation of the heavy-metal nuclei 181Ta, 197Au, 207Pb, 209Bi, 232Th, and 238U induced by relativistic deuterons with energies of 2, 2.94, and 3.5 GeV per nucleon are measured using the deuteron beam from the Nuclotron accelerator of the JINR Laboratory of High Energy Physics in Dubna, Russia. The cross-section measurements employ a combined experimental technique involving the solidstate nuclear-track detectors and the activation gamma spectrometry. Adding our measurements to the database of experimental nuclear data will make it possible to test the computer codes used for selecting the parameters of the ADS-type facilities. 相似文献

The evolution of the profile of a cone developing under ion bombardment on the etch pit bottom has been investigated by computer simulation taking into account sputtering and ion-induced migration of atoms. A twofold increase in the cone apex angle is observed, which is accompanied by the appearance of kinks on its generatrix. A gas-chromatographic procedure was developed for determining chloropicrin in a mixture with other volatile halogen-containing compounds in drinking water with the use of a static version of headspace gas-chromatographic analysis and an electron-capture detector. Dielectric and acoustic properties of the (1 ? x)SrTiO3?xPbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 solid solutions (0 ? x ? 1) have been studied at temperatures ranging from 4.2 to 350 K. It has been found that the improper ferroelastic transition exists up to a concentration x = 0.4 and that the phase transition temperature grows with x increasing from 0 to 0.4. As the concentration of the second component is further increased, the transition becomes suppressed by the relaxor phase forming at x c ≈ 0.22. The results obtained are discussed in terms of the current concepts of relaxor ferroelectrics. 相似文献
