We propose a semiparametric Wald statistic to test the validity of logistic regression models based on case-control data. The test statistic is constructed using a semiparametric ROC curve estimator and a nonparametric ROC curve estimator. The statistic has an asymptotic chisquared distribution and is an alternative to the Kolmogorov-Smirnov-type statistic proposed by Qin and Zhang in 1997, the chi-squared-type statistic proposed by Zhang in 1999 and the information matrix test statistic proposed by Zhang in 2001. The statistic is easy to compute in the sense that it requires none of the following methods: using a bootstrap method to find its critical values, partitioning the sample data or inverting a high-dimensional matrix. We present some results on simulation and on analysis of two real examples. Moreover, we discuss how to extend our statistic to a family of statistics and how to construct its Kolmogorov-Smirnov counterpart. The proton resonant properties in 18Ne, which determine the reaction rate of the key stellar 14O(α,p)17F reaction, have been studied by using a technique of proton resonant elastic scattering of 17F+p. Several proton resonances in 18Ne were observed clearly. A further R-matrix analysis of the experimental data is under way to determine the resonant parameters. 近年来, 已有一些在半参数密度函数比模型下建立半参数统计分析方法的报道, 这些方法往往比参数方法稳健, 比非参数方法有效. 在本文里, 我们提出一种半参数的假设检验方法用于对两总体均值差进行假设检验. 该方法主要建立在对两总体均值差进行半参数估计的基础上. 我们报告了一些理论和统计模拟的结果, 得出该方法在数据符合正态性假设时, 比常用的参数和非参数方法略好; 而在数据不符合正态性假设时, 它的优势就非常明显. 我们还将提出的方法用到了两组真实数据的分析上.  相似文献
